Cetaphil, I understand the changes you made and on paper it looks great with the B3 etc., however in reality this formula is less moisturizing than your old one. Perhaps because niacinamide can be drying. I have been an advocate for this moisturizer for over a decade - because of me all of my family and many of my friends and ex boyfriends etc use Cetaphil cream. I used to constantly get compliments on how soft my skin was by anyone who even brushed up against it. This new moisturizer does not leave that same deweyness on the skin, and is not very moisturizing. Even your previous lotion at this point is more moisturizing than this cream. Please reformulate to make this more like what it used to be.

This product is something I repurchase. I love that it is a heavier consistency, and it is great for not only your hands, but I use it on my elbows, legs and my feet. It doesn't have a scent, and also leaves the skin really moisturized. It's a great product, for the price.

I've been using this stuff over two years now and the blue lid formula is THE BEST MOISTURIZER EVERRRR!!! It keeps me moisturized all day and I'm in love! The new one is NOT the same!!! You can tell as soon as you rub it on! It's drier than the others and it doesn't even last until I'm finished rubbing it in. Please please please bring back the old formula. I have to search for new moisturizers now and I really don't want to . Please bring it back. You are losing so many customers!

I tried this product for the first time and I will never use lotion again. I'm receiving chemo and have diabetes with very dry skin and this product made a 100% difference after the first application. I highly recommend this product. I also love that it is fragrance free. This product can be used all over the entire body. Thank you cetaphil for all of your products.

Another one of my go to moisturizers. I have sensitive skin and can use this on my face and body. Leaves my skin feeling moisturized. Subtle fragrance but nothing crazy it isn’t meant to have one. It’s thick but can easily be thinned out with a body or face oil

This cream is fantastic. It’s thicker than most and absorbs better than most as well. I have eczema and this is really helping keep my skin from looking scaled and itchy. Excellent for the winter months and fragrance free- very inexpensive for the quality as well.

I have been struggling with my skin since I entered into my I turned 28, and now I am almost 30 and only feel like I have finally found products that work. I have acne prone skin, that tends to be dry/red/irritated easily. Adding this cream into my daily routine, I have IMMEDIATELY noticed a difference in my skins appearance. I have used this daily since I first purchased this and have had no bad reactions or breakouts from this cream. My skin looks and feels healthier.

This used to be a holy grail item for me. I have eczema on my hand and this helped me keep it moisturized and under control. I used it religiously for at least 10 years and I often used it on my face when my skin got very dry. I didn't realize it had been reformulated until I started using a new jar in the middle of last year. It caused an immediate flare-up of eczema on my hand, and my face started stinging, turned bright red, and then started flaking and breaking out. It took me weeks to realize it was this causing the issue. Even my dermatologist told me not to use this again. Sadly, I still haven't found anything to replace Cetaphil. I wish you would bring back the old formula!

Absolutely love this product! Not too greasy and does the Jon. Keeps my skin, especially my face moisturized all day !! I have eczema, psoriasis, and seborrheic dermatitis so my skin was always dry, inflamed, and flaky. Cetaphil helped all of that and I don’t have to worry about itching all day or my skin peeling consistently.
