This is my morning routine face wash, I have tried plenty some top brands ($$$) Cetaphil has a gentle formula that removes excess oil w/o drying your skin. Most washes don't do what the packaging states this wash exceeded my expectations, will be looking forward to trying other products in the Cetaphil line

The gentlest yet super effective cleanser I have ever tried. I have sensitive eyes and some cleanser burn them but I don't have that problem with this one I can even open them while cleaning my eyes! I have some waterproof mascaras and it's hard to remove it but the cleanser actually breaks it down and I love it!

I love cetaphil! I have been using the daily facial cleanser for almost ten years. This is a basic, affordable cleanser with good ingredients. The facial wipes are also a frequent purchase of mine. They are wet enough to refresh and take off the first layer of makeup.

Has literally changed my skin in weeks, I'm currently pregnant and going thru skin changes my skin was blotchy and red and I had some acne that wouldn't go away after I use this my face feels clean and I wake up with my pimples smaller I have noticed a huge Change in my skin

It does exactly what it claims to do: cleanses the skin. It doesn't make the face feel super dry after a wash. I've used this for about a year, two times a day and have had only pleasant results. It's gentle enough to use on sensitive skin but is strong enough to rid the face of any residual makeup.

I use this cleanser with Cerave Moisturizing Cream every day - it's gentle and will not irritate if you don't wash it off. It's meant to be left on the skin - I started using it when I was in cancer treatment and it kept my skin so healthy! I never stopped using it and my skin is extremely soft and healthy now. I recommend this to everyone, it's worth the price!

I have been using this cleanser for 10 years now since it was recommended to me by my dermatologist when I was 13 for my terrible acne. It always makes my face feel smooth and clean without feeling dried out or stripped. I've experimented with other facial cleansers since but none make me feel this great. Why would you change a product that people have been using forever? The"improved product is definitely not improved. It is runny like water.The pump bottle is cheaper ,squirts all over the sink top and continues to drip afterward.After over 30 years of using and highly recommending this product it is time for me to find another facial cleanser.Must be cheaper to make. There are some products you know you can always count on. I always thought Cetaphil was one.

This is my trusted go-to cleanser when my skin is a bit irritated, I need to take off a lot at the end of the day, or I just need a super gentle wash. The consistency is milky, so no foaming. Because of this, at times it can seem like you need more than one pump. This being said, this cleanser is fantastic for double cleansing. Not only is it gentle enough to do so, it's wallet-conscious enough to do so!

I definitely regret not giving this product a try throughout all these years I've heard about it. This cleanser is genuinely effective and has changed my life! When I first started using it, I washed my face with it every morning for a week and noticed a huge difference.
