this is my go to cleanser! using this once in the morning and once at night, in combination with a few other basic products really helped clear up my incredibly dry skin. this was actually the cleanser my dermatologist recommended for me, and ive never had an issue with it. only real complaint is that my first few times ever using it/ my first few times using it after not using it for a while, it can burn a bit. nothing too bad but a light sting. always goes away for me though.

I've been using this product for about a year, and I love it. It is super gentle on the skin. It doesn't dry you out abs doesn't clog pores. It removes makeup very well. I also use our as body wash sometimes. The only thing I don't like is I wish it came in an antibacterial form as well for acne.

I have oily acne prone skin, and this product didn't do anything for my acne. But I can't be mad, this product does exactly what it says. It cleanses your skin without irritating it. If you have oily acne prone skin I recomend you use this cleanser with some type of acne treatment, because it won't better your acne at all.

This is the one and only facial cleanser that I use daily on my face. I highly recommend purchasing this product if you have really sensitive skin because this works magic. My only complaint with this product is that it leaves my skin feeling dry afterwards, but it has been the only facial cleanser that seems to work for me well.

I love this cleanser! It has been a holy grail for me since I started treating my acne. Your face feels clean but not stripped and that's super important to me. It's unscented and gentle but still cleans your face. This cleanser is always the first one I recommend. 

Great product! I prefer it compared to the competitor because it actually leaves my skin feeling very clean, without leaving it dry. I have oily skin and most cleansers either leave me feeling unclean (still oily), or strips my skin completely of all moisture. It is also unscented, so great for people with sensitive skin

Being a beauty junkie, I have tried tons of cleansers. I also have to be mindful as someone who has dry and sensitive skin, but still want a cleanser to remove my makeup. Cetaphil checks off all my boxes- it’s gentle enough on my skin, removes makeup, yet is not harsh and doesn’t dry my skin. I gave it four stars because at times I feel it’s not quite enough to fully remove my eye makeup (I just use cleansing wipes as an added step for that), otherwise, I find that it’s great for all skin types.

I have a combination skin, it sometimes is oily, sometimes it's too dry. I have tried several cleansers and I always have an extreme reaction: either I feel like It didn't cleanse my skin, or I feel it too stripped and chalky. My boyfriend actually bought it by accident and we both have been using it (he has more oil on his face than me) and it has been great, we feel like it is actually doing something on the skin (not only for the small lather you get), but it does get the makeup and dirt really good. Neither of us felt the skin different from smooth and refreshed. Also the scent is like baby powder and it is super soft 🥰

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really good I always wanted to try this face cleaner, but to be honest I wasn’t sure if this product was good enough. I used to think that it was expensive but Now I have to say that it is really good my skin feels soft and renewed. I had big pores before but now they kind of disappear. I can see the difference.

This has been my go to face wash for years! When I was a teenager I struggled with break outs and had very sensitive skin. This was the best face wash for me to use back then, and it still treats me well today! I would highly recommend to anyone with sensitive skin.
