It’s doesn’t help my skin at all. I use it to clean my makeup brushes. It is a backup when you’re out of cleansers.

I don’t like anything extra in my facial cleansers. This keeps it real basic. Doesn’t leave any residue on my skin

Very gentle and non drying although it doesn’t remove all make up residue. Works great in the morning
