This product is really nice, I actually got it for use before a surgery as the doctor told me it will clean bacteria beforehand and i haven't stopped using it since. the formula feels creamy and milky on the skin, and has a very mild fragrance. Its really nice to clean your skin out without stripping natural oils or leaving your skin too oily.

The packaging came perfectly wrapped and was not touched but handled with the upmost care! The scent is a clean smell also which is a Benefit, the texture is a smooth consistency and isn't bothersome! It's definitely worth it for the money and it's money well spent!! You should totally invest!

I had oily skin and acne issues so my doctor recommended this Cetaphil face wash because it's gently, unscented, and didn't have anything added in that could mess with my skin. After starting Accutane, my skin got extremely dry and my dermatologist recommended I continue with this cleanser. It's been great to me, through both oily and dry skin times. I've since finished my Accutane treatment and my skin has oily day and dry days, but this face wash never lets me down. It hasn't worsened my skin problems in any way like some other cleansers have. The Cetaphil gently face wash is now my ONLY skincare step every night. I wash my face and that's all I need, it keeps my acne at bay amaxingly! I moisturize occasionally, but no serums, face masks,or anything but this face wash!

I hate the new version. You need to update your reviews show it only tells you how this new formula is doing. I loved this product. I could only use this product on my dry sensitive face. Now it so dry it hurts to put my lotion on. Why reformulate a already wonderful product. I'm tired of having Niacinamide in every single product. It's not moisturing even if used correctly with plenty of lotion. Please bring back the original.

I use this face wash every single day. It works as a face wash and a makeup remover, so it's an important part of my skincare routine. I've had this one bottle for MONTHS, so definitely good value for the price. Can be a little sticky at times, but overall it's great. 4.5/5 stars.

I use Cetaphil almost daily, works great but does seem to dry out my face some compared to others. I use it as my in shower face wash really because it's so cheap compared to my other face washes, so I never use it alone to see the full benefits but it does leave my skin feeling so clean!

Cetaphil cleansers and moisturizers have been very influential in my skin care routine. I went from a complicated 6 step routine and still had acne to a 2 step routine with Cetaphil and only a few other products to having clear skin. The cleanser is super gentle on the skin.

This is a nice gentle facial cleanser. I've been using this for years and it always been my go to face wash. It has a pump on it so it dispenses easily. This is a very mild cleanser that doesn't make me break out or cause my face to be red. This is a very affordable cleanser.

I know a lot of people love this product and say it keeps their skin clean, but for me I only use it to remove my makeup. After I remove my makeup I wash my face with a different cleanser. I feel like for people with acne you would want a product that is a little bit stronger.
