This is the only cleanser l use on my face. I do use face masks but when it comes to cleansing my face, with or without make up, this is my holy grail. It is soft on my skin and effective. And l don’t even have to worry about it burning my eyes with any harsh chemicals

I have sensitive, dry skin, and this cleanser is so gentle on my skin. My face feels clean after using it! I like to use this cleanser right before bed, or on days where I’m not wearing any makeup but just lounging around. Use a makeup wipe to get off makeup before going in with this to cleanse

I liked this product. Ive been using a little over two months and havent had any bad breakouts since. However, it has made my skin dryer than usual. I use it everyday along with Cetaphil Extra Gentle Daily Scrub. Will keep buying the scrub, iffy on the cleanser.

This is the cleanser that I have been using daily since high school. It's great for my super sensitive skin and has never broken me out. I have pretty sensitive skin so I often struggle with finding products that work however this is a must have for me. 

I find this product really helps clear up my skin! It does have a bit of a fragrance to it, but nothing overwhelming. My face does get a bit dry at first when I started using it, but my skin has gotten used to it. I purchased this after a dermatologist recommendation.

great neutral cleanser. perfect for all skin types and is a great base for a skin care routine. leaves skin feeling and isnt harsh at all so it leaves room for other products without overworking your skin. i use it once or twice a day, and with a facial cleaning brush every other day for sensitive skin

I’ve been using cetaphil for YEARS and it’s worked wonders for me. It’s always been the most reliable cleanser for me since my skin is a bit sensitive, but also oily and prone to acne. Now that they’ve changed the formula, it doesn’t work for me anymore! It made my face get itchy red patches. Guess it caused an allergic reaction. The Cetaphil for Sensitive Skin doesn’t work the best on my skin because I feel like it doesn’t clean it as well as the original. Please continue the original formula!!!

Cetaphil daily facial cleanser is very affordable and you can find it at almost any drugstore or regular store. I love that it cleans your skin and a little bit goes a long way. I use to buy other face wash but this one lasts me way longer and I like the pump the bottle has as well and you don’t need to struggle with getting everything out of the bottle.

I used this product while I was showering to get any extra or excess dirt and makeup off of my face. It is gentle and refreshing. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. I've been using it for several years and have never strayed away from it.

My nighttime go to! I use the gentle cleanser in the AM and the daily at night. It’s gentle on my sensitive skin and doesn’t strip my natural oils more than needed. I don’t wear makeup so I need something light. I’ve been using this since jr high and will probably continue to use this for years to come.
