Just like a lot of people here, I was intending to order a different product. This is a facial cleanser only and not the +body wash one. Still, I'm definitely not returning and will probably switch permanently to this one!My skin has never been softer! I'm prone to breakouts and had just run out of my usual acne treatments so I was expecting to break out while waiting for my replacement even with the facial wash, but I'm doing just as well, if not better, with this wash instead! I've only had it for about two weeks so it isn't THAT impressive that my skin's remained clear, but I'm very happy with what I got!

After dealing with a brief case of dermatitis, I had to really simplify my skin care routine and use something gentle without a lot of harsh ingredients and this was perfect while I was healing. It is super gentle and didn't irritate my skin whatsoever.

The cleanser overall was just okay. I got it because I wanted to find something to help with texture on my forehead the product somewhat helped more so texture on my cheeks which is great but wants my main reason for purchasing the item. My skin doesn't feel fully clean after I was my face but it's decent.

When I realized how truly sensitive my skin is to certain face cleansers, I went to my dermatologist whom recommended this. I've used it since. It is super gentle and has no smell. It does not break me or cause my skin to become extremely dry like most facial cleansers.

I’ve been using Cetaphil for years — it took me forever to find a facial cleanser that worked for my sensitive skin, and now I’m on the hunt again. The new formula is a massive downgrade — dries me out too much and it stinks! Literally, it smells like a baby wipe or something. Acidic and unpleasant. The old formula has a pleasant nondescript scent and never left me feeling overly cleansed or dried. Why change something that has been working for almost 75 years? Terrible terrible marketing decision. Why????

I recently bought a 3-pack of Cetaphil and didn't realize the Daily Facial Cleanser was part of the pack. I started using it yesterday and the fragrance was so off-putting, I can not use it - even for a hand cleanser. I have been using Cetaphil for probably 10 years and always thought the Gentle Skin Cleanser was fragrance free. I was not even aware they carried a fragrance product. The packaging should be redone to reflect that it DOES have fragrance and MAY BE IRRITATING !! Beware!

This is an extremely amazing cat and night cleanser. It doesn't tend to give me that tight pale face cast that I tend to get from other cleansers and doesn't take the hydration from my face . It leaves my skin feeling breathable , hydrated, and smooth

I first started using this product I thought that it will never do what it says for that price. But, boy let me tell you that for the cost, and the way it makes you feel afterwards. It makes you want to wash your face 2 or 3 times a day. It's for sensitive skin cause it didn't matter what I use to use everything broke me out bad or my pimples kept coming back. I will always use this product.

Gentle and effective! Good for everyday cleansing as well as heavy makeup removal. With all the astronomically priced ‘miracle' cleansers on the market, this is refreshingly affordable without sacrificing quality. I'm a beauty professional, and I will spend more on certain products, but for cleanser, Cetaphil does a fantastic job! No need to look for a miracle. This is the miracle! 

I work for all the Networks and this facial cleanser is what we use on all the anchors, actors and guests when they finish their segments. No one has ever got irradiated. I highly recommend. Definitely a favorite for an affordable price and also highly recommended by most dermatologists
