this is a nice cleanser for people who have really sensitive skin, it doesn't break me out or strip my skin or anything bad. i do need a heavier one tho for my t zone to get it really squeaky clean

This is the gentlest wash I think you can get. It doesn't do anything special just clean but that's it's purpose. It doesn't really do anything for acne it's just not for that.
