I love love love this face wash. I’ve struggled with acne my whole life and with this I have little to none. There’s very little scent so if you have very sensitive skin it won’t irritate you.

I have been using this skin cleanser for forever! It does not strip you skin so it is perfect for those of you who have dry skin. It is very gentle on you skin and super affordable. I have been using this product for years and it really works.

I’ve used this cleanser for years, it was recommended by a dermatologist. Just a tiny amount is enough for the entire face. I use micellar water first and then the cetaphil.

I don't understand why everyone loves this. I feel it just stripped my skin and dried it out. It's supposed to be a gentle cleaner, but it ended up making my skin more sensitive due to the dryness.

I accidentally bought the Daily Facial Cleanser instead of the Gentle Skin Cleanser. While it feels good on my face, I find the scent way too strong. I have been using Cetaphil products for years and this is the first one I don’t care for.

It’s the best facial cleanser I’ve been using over 10 years. I always go back to it after trying other products. It didn’t make my skin too tight or dry after cleansing. Highly recommended for a sensitive skin

Using the dry cleanser feels nice but there is no soap-y feeling like other cleansers which makes me feel like some times it doesn’t clean enough but it does not leave any residue behind which is great

Wonderful product, especially for sensitive skin - I have been using Cetaphil on and off for years. It is a cleanser (and lotion) my family and I have been using for decades. 

It’s a good cleanser for daily use. Not too harsh like some can be. The one thing I would improve is the smell, I’m not a fan. But it works well. So that’s what really matters!
