Great facial cleanser that is safe to use daily. It is very gentle and will not irritate your skin. It comes highly recommended from a lot of professional dermatologists. I use it every morning and night and have never had any bad reactions to it.

I love Cetaphil because it works well with my eczema, but I don't like this product that much. I brought it because I needed a switch up from my everyday cleanser and I ended up staying with it. It does a great job with removing my makeup but not with cleansing my skin too much.

Very light and great on sensitive skin. I like this formula for everyday washing of my face day and night. It was highly recommended by my dermatologist and I immediately tried it out. I have been using this for years and have been using this as my go to skin cleanser it doesn't dry my face, doesn't let me break me out and cleanses my face and make up. I do have to cleanse a few times to wash the makeup off but it does clean off the makeup.

Years ago when i started use retinol but over amount then got me blemish, burned, reddish, I can't even wash my hair during bath time because shampoo gonna meet my sensitive face skin and make it more worst. Luckily I found this facial cleansing and believe or not i only use that until now. It's like not too strong but work enough for your skin. ! Try it your self to see the difference!

I started to develop some allergy during last fall and nothing seemed to improve my skin. I was using a lot of skincare products so after a while I just figured that one of the products could be triggering this alergy. So I start to change my whole routine and add some gentle products like this Cetaphil Cleanser! Still glad that I did it, my allergy has never came back after I start to use it, the fragrance is very mild which is good when you have some skin condition so just makes it better

I just purchased this cleanser a few weeks ago and I don't like it all. I don't feel like it cleanses my skin how I would like it to. I also don't like the residue it leaves after... I already have oily skin and products that are super hydrating are a no no

My absolute favorite. My dermatologist recommended this to me after having reactions to multiple "allergy free" face washes. I've had zero issues with this cleanser. I does not foam or bubble, but you feel clean after you rinse it off. I have combination skin (so oily to fair) and it works great. 

I hate the new version. You need to update your reviews show it only tells you how this new formula is doing. I loved this product. I could only use this product on my dry sensitive face. Now it so dry it hurts to put my lotion on. Why reformulate a already wonderful product. I'm tired of having Niacinamide in every single product. It's not moisturing even if used correctly with plenty of lotion. Please bring back the original.

Overall, I think this is an okay cleanser that is great for days you're not wearing makeup and if you don't have any major skin concerns. If I'm wearing heavier makeup, it does tend to leave behind foundation/concealer, especially in any creases. It also leaves my skin feeling tight and dry, and I have combination/dry skin naturally.

Works wonders for my daily skin care routine. As someone with oily and sensitive skin, it's been hard for me to find something that really works. Since I've started using this I've had less breakouts and it has controlled my hormonal breakouts perfectly while making my face feel soft. The product also has a nice, but subtle smell.
