Just like a lot of people here, I was intending to order a different product. This is a facial cleanser only and not the +body wash one. Still, I'm definitely not returning and will probably switch permanently to this one!My skin has never been softer! I'm prone to breakouts and had just run out of my usual acne treatments so I was expecting to break out while waiting for my replacement even with the facial wash, but I'm doing just as well, if not better, with this wash instead! I've only had it for about two weeks so it isn't THAT impressive that my skin's remained clear, but I'm very happy with what I got!

Use this with the face and body moisturizer after and you won't regret it. I use this everyday & it leaves me with a glow each time also the pump makes it easy to use while in the shower. I've been buying this for a couple months now and I don't plan on trying nothing new !

This is my absolute favorite cleanser ever!! I struggled through all of my teen years and into my early adult years with acne and breakouts, and I could never find a facewash that actually worked for me, until Cetaphil! My skin has been extremely clear since using it, with only the occasional breakout. What I love about Cetaphil is that I can feel that it is actually cleaning my skin, but it doesn't make my face dry. I have combination skin, so some spots are oily while others are dry, and this works perfect for me. It removes the excess oil and keeps my face clear all day, but it doesn't dry out any spots on my face. My skin actually feels soft and fresh after washing it!!

i love how this cleanser works on my sensitive, dry skin. it works well to maintain my skins moisture and not be too stripping. my face always feels so clean after using this product and it feels moisturized and heathy, and it doesn't leave a residue after which is great. it also has no fragrance.

This is s very gentle cleanser, so if that's what your looking for then this is perfect. I need something more aggressive to clean off the makeup that's left after using makeup remover. This doesn't have much power and doesn't foam up. It doesn't have a strong scent either. it's a very gentle cleanser.

My favorite face wash! I use it every day twice a day and it is so gentle. Doesn't strip away natural oils and it's best for sensitive skin. There's no fragrances and no “junk” in it! It's perfect for when you use different branded products for your daily skincare routine! It goes with anything!

I recently purchased this by mistake and I don't regret it. I typically buy the gentle skin one that is unscented, however after using this product for a week now, I'm falling for it. The scent is neither masculine nor feminine and it has a great lather and performance overall.

The best cleanser that has cleared my acne and helped my face become soft and smooth! I wash my face with this face wash twice a day and it has helped so much! It doesn't have harsh beads or exfoliates that hurt your skin which has helped tremendously

I bought this few years ago, and accidently bought this again yesterday. I have an oily skin, however the same issue occur a few years ago happen yesterday. My skin was dry up, and my skin look like the earth that's having a drought. few minutes after, I got a little itching on my skin, mostly around my acne.

I have been using cetaphil faithfully for years- it cleaned my face without residue, took off makeup, didn’t dry my skin. I just purchased a new bottle, and it has definitely changed. It used to be clear and now it’s opaque like there is lotion mixed in it. It will not remove makeup no matter how many times I wash my face. It seems like there’s a slimy layer left when I rinse my face. What happened?? It doesn’t say that it changed, and the only difference seems to be that where I think it used to say face cleanser now it says “for face and body”, but I definitely wouldn’t use it for my body, and I won’t continue using it for my face. I’ll be looking for a new face wash.
