I used the original Gentle Skin Cleanser for many, many years. It worked very well for me. I have use the new version once. I may give it a few days, but I am searching for a replacement. I have not heard any complaints about the old formula. I do not know why you would think your customers would want a change.

I can't say this is my favorite cleanser. I like a sudsy cleanser and this feels as if I am putting conditioner on my face. It also does not remove make up whatsoever, which I tend to like to do with a cleanser instead of a makeup remover wipe- so in all this product isn't for me

I've been using this for about a year and while i don't see too much of a difference between my face producing less oils, the production has slows down after using cetaphil and i love the way my face feels after using this product. it's affordable and it works perfect for sensitive skin and i'll continue to use until i find something better for a good price.

I am in love with this daily exfoliate facial soap! it has just the right amount of exfoliate to NOT strip skin or dry out! Can also be used for sensitive skin and used am/lm along with you're beauty routine. This makes my face feel extra smooth and cool ! I love all this companies different facial products and this is a new one for me! Highly recommend 10/10 WIN

I bought this product as well as the mositerizer, on the side I bought witch hazel toner and rose water because my skin was just so dry and acne prone. I don’t even use the toner everyday cause this cleanser picks up all the dirt and just makes my face feel amazing! Love this product and definitely will be recommending it to everyone!

Clears face wonderfully. I love it so much I got my whole family hooked. Its so gentle for sensitive skin like mine. I've been using it for a few months now. And I can honestly say its great even from the packaging. I recommend this for anyone with sensitive skin.

This is my absolute favorite facial cleanser, I am about to turn 31 and sadly I still get acne. I wash my face with this twice a day and I usually notice a difference within a few days. Doesn't dry out your skin or leave any residue. Trust me I've tried them all. And by far this is THE BEST.

I have super sensitive skin… to the point where I can't use any kind of oil , vitamin E , shea butter you name it . This has some fungal acne triggers there for I can't use it . But if I didn't have fungal acne it would be a great gentle cleanser for all skin types except mine

I started using this cleanser after my acne-prone sibling recommended it to me. Getting a lot of the fragrances and honestly over-hyped marketing add-ins out of her cleanser really helped start reigning in her acne. For me, this is my everyday basic cleanser. I have combination skin with hormonal acne. This isn't a cure for it, but this is an incredible base to start my skincare routine with. I've been using this face wash for years now and don't see myself stopping anytime soon.

My sister tried this product and loves it! After trying it, my skin felt a bit harsh and vulnerable, but overall it worked well. It was my first time using it, so it may better over time. The bottle is perfect for getting the correct amount of face wash!
