I used this product few years. I was in Norway and my skin was very bad. The water in Norway is different than in my country. I got allergies. My face was swollen and red as a tomato. My dermatologist recommended this face lotion to me. Within a few days my skin was back to normal. and I've been using it ever since him every day. My teenage daughter also uses it daily and is happy with it.

Such a natural feeling, gentle face wash. I keep this around for times when I am feeling I am going through break outs, and also offer to overnight friends and guests as I know it pretty much is gentle on everyone's skin. Always great to have a bottle of this on hand. The only reason I don't use this as my number 1, is it might be too gentle if that makes sense!

I tried this at the recommendation of my dermatologist. Honestly wasn't very impressed. I wear a full face of heavy makeup daily and this did not even come close to removing everything. The pH of this cleaner is also quite high, which can disrupt the delicate acid mantle of the skin making it more sensitive and prone to breakouts. My combo skin feels tight after washing with this. I can appreciate this cleanser in the way that it is a no-frills basic and affordable face wash. I think this would be better for those who dont wear much makeup and do not have problematic skin.

This is a classic for a reason. This product is a great value and comes in a large size. Leaves for skin feeling clean without feeling too tight or leaving any kind of soapy residue. Perfect for sensitive skin. A basic product that fits all of your needs.

This is a great alternative for a person with combination skin. It doesn't make your face dry and there isn't a scent for those who have sensitive skin. I try my best to wash my face twice a day (morning and right before bed). Would definitely recommend this.

I use E.L.F. cleanser but I happen to staying in a hotel and was out of my usual wash so I picked this up for the time being & I'd say it works fine but I found my fave to be dryer then I like but my fiancé enjoyed how his face cleared up so I'm glad it ended up being useful and a good choice.

I love this face cleanser I uses it everyday before I go to bed and in the morning it doesn't dry my skin out it moistures it and then I use the cetaphil afterwards and it leaves my face soft and moistured all day I would buy again it's and expensive at all it was worth the money good value

I recently started using this and I've already felt and seen a difference in my skin. I've had a small breakout lately and it's already cleared up and my face feels so smooth. It's gentle on my skin and doesn't dry it out like some daily cleansers that I've tried in the past. It's light weight and leaves my face (and neck) feeling clean and fresh. EDIT: I've changed my rating to 2 stars as I now have extremely itchy, red splotches under my chin and on my neck and upper chest. This is the only thing that has changed in my routine in ages. My face is still clear but I'll not likely be using this again.

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser I love this facial cleanser . It really cleans the skin without irritation or causing any dryness . My face is never red after washing and I have never had a bad reaction . Removed my makeup perfectly and leaves my face feeling hydrated and ready for moisturizer . I use this once a day but I have used it twice in a day and never felt overly dry . Last a long time and an amazing price . I use less then a pump to get my entire face clean . Foams up just a little but the foam goes away quickly . Not to thick and not too runny . I've been using it for a month and I still haven't finished half of the bottle .

I really don't understand some of the reviews about the scent. It has always smelled like this ever since I was in high school from 08 to 2011. The fragrance smells refreshing. And honestly the old formula dried out my face MORE. The new formula is a win for me. It effectively keeps my face moisturized but washes away my oily spots perfectly. And if a cleanser does dry you out, try turning your water temperature down to lukewarm when washing your face, That could be one of the reasons your face dries out with this cleanser. THE NEW FORMULATION IS A WIN, PLEASE DO NOT GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL. AS AN ESTHETICIAN I APPROVE OF THIS PRODUCT AND I'M GLAD I CAME BACK TO THIS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.
