Really love this it's a great product for any skin type and I know that because I have super delicate skin and get rashes with harsh products so my skin tells me if it's bad. Leaves your faces feeling free. Really gets all dirt, oil, and makeup doesn't make you break out neither makes your face feel oily or too dry

I had used this cleanser in and out, every single day for the past 4 years, and when I saw that the brand had reformulated I immediately got nervous since this cleanser had been the only one to work for me but I decided to give it a try. However, I was extremely disappointed and upset after using it for the first week. Something about this formula made my skin red and feel slightly stripped even when using the sensitive version!! I tried to set this aside but soon after I started to break out. I’m still on the hunt for the perfect face wash to replace this product. Please bring back the old formula, it was so amazing!!

Light, washes away clean, minimal mild smell. Smoothes on easily. Works well with my Clarisonic Mia. The packaging is easy to use, but doesn't travel well as it takes up a lot of space. Doesn't irritate my dry, sensitive skin, even with twice daily use. I love this. 

This gentle wash pulls all my makeup off without needing to use more than one pump in my hand. I have noticed my skin feeling cleaner and I've had less breakouts than before. Great amount of the price. 4 stars only because it can be a little drying, but paired with a moisturizer works great. 

I like this cleanser. It's very lightweight and almost runny in my opinion. Which is good because I like to use it on my dry face and spread it as a cream and THEN add water and as I rinse it out I continue to massage my face. I use moisturizer afterwards.

i don't know if i've used this cleanser consistently enough to measure its long term affect, but i will say it feels a little more harsh than other cleansers i usually use. my skin sometimes feels a little tight after but this can be good when you feel like your skin really needs to be cleaned. it does not remove waterproof mascara, and i think it has some sort of fragrance which i don't love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cetaphil facial cleanser’s new formula have been great. I used the previous formula which felt a Little harsh and burned in the eyes. This new formula feels gentler and leaves the skin feeling great no more eye burning. Will be using this on a regular basis from now on.

This stuff did not do anything good for my skin. First off it doesn't remove makeup. So i had to use a second product to remove it if i was wearing some. So that made me wonder how well it could possibly clean my pores? Second, i have normal some times dry skin. This stuff dried my skin to the point that it cracked and flaked. Over all this makes my skin look dirty and not well taken care of. For some reason i feel like it leaves my pores wide open, they are super visibly. My bare skin just looks nasty and dirty. I wouldn't recommend this.

This facial cleanser is a great everyday soap. It's really gentle but does clean my skin. It can sometimes make my skin feel a little rubbery and dry though. I wouldn't recommend if you already have pretty dry skin, it might make it worse. A more hydrating formula would be awesome.

This is my trusted go-to cleanser when my skin is a bit irritated, I need to take off a lot at the end of the day, or I just need a super gentle wash. The consistency is milky, so no foaming. Because of this, at times it can seem like you need more than one pump. This being said, this cleanser is fantastic for double cleansing. Not only is it gentle enough to do so, it's wallet-conscious enough to do so!
