This product is so good! I've tried the one for all skin types but the one for oily skin has worked the best for me. I can really feel this product cleaning my skin. Removed all dirt and makeup completely! It has a pump which is good. Not only is this product amazing but it is very affordable! I recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive facial cleanser!!

This cleanser is great for acne and spot prone skin. I use it twice a day and it leaves my skin feeling super clean. I've been using it daily for the last 3 months and can definitely say it's helped in preventing pimples and drying up any existing pimples. This product is really only for oily skin as it can be quite drying

Cetaphil cleaner is literally a must have for everyone!! It is just the perfect solution and works on all skin types. It helps clean skin without irritating the skin. People with dry skin and acne can use it and it will not aggravate anything. People with oily skin can use it and it improves the oiliness. I Highly recommend this product as I have been religiously using it for nearly four years now:))

The old Daily Facial Cleanser totally changed my skin for the better. I never had breakouts and my skin was so smooth and even. The new formula is terrible! My skin is so dry and feels tight. I'm breaking out in several different areas. I'm so disappointed. I'll never understand why companies do this....they have something great and then decide to "improve" it. Which rarely works. Hopefully the generic brands keep the old formula, because that is what I'll be switching to.

I love Cetaphil because it works well with my eczema, but I don't like this product that much. I brought it because I needed a switch up from my everyday cleanser and I ended up staying with it. It does a great job with removing my makeup but not with cleansing my skin too much.

This is my go to facial cleanser. It is great for every skin type especially people who have very sensitive skin. There is no fragrance to this product which is nice, the packaging is easy to use. It can dry your skin out if used to frequently so be sure to keep up with your moisturizer routine

I used the original Gentle Skin Cleanser for many, many years. It worked very well for me. I have use the new version once. I may give it a few days, but I am searching for a replacement. I have not heard any complaints about the old formula. I do not know why you would think your customers would want a change.

This is a nice simple face wash. No scent which I like bc it's not great to put fragrance on your face. The price seems like it has gone up a bit, still reasonable but I switched to their bar of soap for a fourth of the price and I really think it gets a deeper clean. This face wash is nice but I feel like it could get a deeper clean.

I have very sensitive and acne prone skin and this is the cleanser my dermatologist recommended to me. I use it every day at night time when I am not exfoliating and it is amazing! It doesn't dry my skin out, and there is no harsh scent. I think this could work on any skin type as mine is oily and it works amazing! 

I love cetaphil! I have been using the daily facial cleanser for almost ten years. This is a basic, affordable cleanser with good ingredients. The facial wipes are also a frequent purchase of mine. They are wet enough to refresh and take off the first layer of makeup.
