I don't know what I'm going to do now. After years of suffering from horrible acne, I went through so many garbage products to treat it. Then I came across Cetaphil daily cleanser, and it changed my life for the better. My back acne went away, and my face improved tremendously. This new "Improved" formula is terrible! It barely removes/ cleans the oil from my face, and my face is itchy, clogged, and uncomfortable after using it. It feels like I'm just rubbing the sebum in my oily face around. If you guys wanted to make a new formula, you could have just advertise it as a separate product. I'm stressing out because I had made this a staple in my routine for years, and now I can't use it anymore. Please, please let me know if there's any chance of you bringing back the old formula. I don't want to go through the nightmare of trying out new products again.

LOVE THIS! Currently in my shower because I use it daily! The packaging is great! Very gentle on my skin, never had any problems with it causing Irritation! The price is common, can be a little expensive if you use it twice daily. But totally worth it!

This is my all time favorite facial cleanser for oily/sensitive skin. I rarely get breakouts when using this product. A little goes a a long way also so I find myself buying a new one about every 2 1/2 months and I use it 2 times a day! Overall a great product! Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser

A staple. I literally see no need to spend $$$ on facewash when this is such a solid option. It does a great job of removing makeup and never causes break outs. My face always feels super clean afterwards but not tight as it is non foaming so it doesn't strip away your skins natural oils

My skin is just too sensitive for anything else. I've tried other products but this is by far the least irritating. I've been using this since elementary school on and off and it's my derm's top pick for cleansers, too. If you can use something more intense for acne, do that, but if gentle is what you need, pick this!

For me it's one of the Best product for daily and gentle cleaning of skin. I use it because i suffred for acnee and it was recomanded to me bu m'y dermatologist. I like it's texture very soft and you can rinse it easly. It is one of m'y daily skin care routine

I got this because I heard that it was good for sensitive skin. This is a hard pass for me. It has Sodium Laureth Sulphate and masking fragrance in it. First use wasn't bad, second use definitely set my skin off. My skin isn't tight or dry but it definitely hurts.

I love this a lot more than their gentle facial cleanser. It's a different scent and consistency. Perfect for oily skin, doesn't feel too stripping but also doesn't leave a weird film on your face. Overall, I'd say go for it if you have oily skin but maybe use another one if your skin is dry.

I've tried various brands of daily facial cleanser throughout the years, ranging from cheaper products from drugstore brands to higher end department store products, and I always go back to Cetaphil. I was first introduced to this cleanser by a dermatologist as an acne-prone teenager and now I'm still using it in my mid-30s. I have combination oily skin, and although I love the wash-off clean feeling of a foaming cleanser, it dries up my skin afterwards . After using Cetaphil, my skin does not feel dried up and I'm ready for my toner. Price is highly affordable and sold everywhere.

This is my daily morning face wash. You can use it with or without water. I use it with water. It is really light and never causes any skin problems. I recommend this to anyone who is using harsh products on their skin. I believe taking a lesser, soft approach is actually better. I have been using this for 10+ years.
