I like that this cleanser doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but I feel like it's a little over drying. It makes my skin feel super tight after using, which is not how your skin should feel after cleansing. I prefer the cetaphil gentle cleanser more.

I really don't understand some of the reviews about the scent. It has always smelled like this ever since I was in high school from 08 to 2011. The fragrance smells refreshing. And honestly the old formula dried out my face MORE. The new formula is a win for me. It effectively keeps my face moisturized but washes away my oily spots perfectly. And if a cleanser does dry you out, try turning your water temperature down to lukewarm when washing your face, That could be one of the reasons your face dries out with this cleanser. THE NEW FORMULATION IS A WIN, PLEASE DO NOT GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL. AS AN ESTHETICIAN I APPROVE OF THIS PRODUCT AND I'M GLAD I CAME BACK TO THIS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.

At first I enjoyed this product, it was gentle, basic and didn't strip my skin. However, as time went on and winter came around it dried out my skin. It also started leaving a rash on my face, which could've been due to pregnancy and the postpartum hormones. My boyfriend was not a fan of this face wash either.

I love using Cetaphil on my face it deep cleans my face all the way to the poors and the packaging is wonderful in every bottle of this product, to me it really don't have a scent which is a plus the texture is great especially for your skin and it's definitely well worth the money, I will be using more of this product and recommend it to others to try as well.

The packaging came perfectly wrapped and was not touched but handled with the upmost care! The scent is a clean smell also which is a Benefit, the texture is a smooth consistency and isn't bothersome! It's definitely worth it for the money and it's money well spent!! You should totally invest!

love this stuff! my skin has always been overly sensitive and will turn red when i touch it with my finger. this has never made my skin break out and it always cleanses well. it even takes off whatever makeup is left on my face after i use a makeup remover wipe!

This face wash is absolutely amazing! I love it so much it. It works very well with my skin. I have combination skin. Some times it is dry and sometimes it's really oily. This cleanser will work for both skin types. It is not harsh on your skin but it still gets rid of all of the oil. Usually if I miss washing my face once or twice it breaks out very badly. When I use this soap it clears it up within 2 days. Although this is a very good product for me and many other people I know that love it, it is not for everyone. You might find it over stripping if your have very sensitive skin.

Very lightly scented, so that was a plus for me. I use it every day with no issues of dry skin. It leaves my face feeling soft and clean. Just wet your face, rub some cleaner between your hands, wash your face with it, rinse, pat dry with a towel and you're done.

I loved this product when I first got it. It has an enjoyable scent but you have to use such small applications or it starts to flake on the skin and i usually end up wiping it off after because my makeup will not apply well after. But my children love it and because they need such a small amount they like to use it on their face. My only use for it now is that they enjoy it.

One of the best facial cleansers out there. Add a little brown sugar and now you have a face scrub. I dont know if Cetaphil has face scrubs but they should if they don't. Either way this is a great one. I use it every morning! My face is so much clearer. It doesn't dry my face out but cleans deep!
