Doesn't leave my face feeling super dry like other cleansers normally do. Very effective on the skin, made slight improvements. Would recommend to those that are looking for a cleanser that is slight but effective. And if you have highly sensitive skin, there's a cleanser just for that.

After using Cetaphil gentle facial skin cleanser for 30+ years due to sensitive skin, I happened to buy the only option that is the “new and improved”one. It is awful. My face felt like it was burning/stabbing pain and was all read after, followed by bumps on my face and shoulder where it rinsed down in shower. The ingredients now include glycerin and some other things and I learned after using it, it no longer says soap free. It has a weird odor where the original was scent free. I think I had an allergic reaction to the new formula. Sad because I trusted the product for so many years.

When my skin is feeling stressed or breaking out or too much sun I stop all my other skin care routine and start using this. It leaves my face feeling soft and clean and almost immediately my skin starts calming down and the redness dissipates. Great facial wash if you have sensitive skin.

i have used this cleanser since i was about 12, it's perfect for my sensitive skin and always leaves my skin feeling refreshed, i even use it in the shower for full body and it works really well, finding a good cleanser when you have sensitive skin can be challenging cause most of the other cleaners ive tried have left my skin feeling dried out and very red, i really recommended this cleanser for people with sensitive skin.

I used this product for a good 10 years and never once had a problem with my skin as a result of cleansing with it. It worked amazing for me. It's a scentless, latherless cleanser and is very, very gentle on the skin. If you have any skin issues or dry patches, this would probably be the best product for you.

They changed the ingredients all of a sudden and I can no longer use the product. I have been using this since I was in elements school and because they wanted to add citric acid I no longer can. Why change something that works I'm literally so mad, my skin is so sensitive too.

This product is simple to find, and simple to use. It is your basic daily cleanser and it acts like one. It is not good for removing makeup and tends to just smear around makeup like eyeliner, mascara, and lipsticks. I have been using this product for years and plan on doing so in the future.

I decided to try this for my combination skin and it feels amazing with a light baby scent which is perfect if you get irritated with loud scents it worked wonders on my face I use this and the daily moisturizer I will keep purchasing this cleanser.
