I love this cleanser. I use it with a clinique brush and it leaves my skin feeling very soft and clean. It doesn't really have any scent. It is a gel like formula and it WILL NOT take off your makeup. I use it after double cleansing. It does not foam, so do not worry, since it is gel, it will not foam. When cleansing, I pay a lot of attention to the areas where I broken out and my forehead (gets oily) and it definitely helped me to control the oils. For the price you cannot beat it, it is great. A little goes a long way too, so do not go overboard with the product.

The "new and improved" version of the daily facial cleanser does not leave me feeling fresh like the old formula did. I liked the feel of the formula better before, the smell before, and the way it left my skin feeling after I was done. I will not be buying this again and I am so sad about that, I have been using this face wash for 15 years!

This formula did not cleanse my skin thoroughly. It let it feeling streaky and dry. I prefer a oil cleanser or something that is lathering. No matter how much incised I felt it did not leave my skin clean and clear of makeup. This was a no go for me.

For a long time I was using acne medicated (benzoyl peroxide) face washes to clear my skin. Recently I have medication related break outside worse than when I was a teenager. I decided to use something with no acne medication in it and this was my first try and it worked wonders! I was my face once in the morning and once at night, sometimes using the small moisturizer they also sell if I feel dry but that is rare. This did not dry out my face much at all since using it. My suggestion is to use this outside of the shower twice a day and have a face only towel. I pair benzoyl peroxide medication cream after washing, finish with a facial mist of witch hazel and it changed my skin drastically.

I purchased this Cetaphil cleanser (along with the daily moisturizer) about a month ago, and I started seeing results within 7 days of using it! I have tried so many products in the past and nothing seemed to work for my extremely oily skin. I would be ashamed to step outside of my house without makeup. Now, I leave my house confidently with clear skin thanks to this wonderful product!

The bottle you buy this in is huge its been lasting me about seven months now. Its a very nice gentle cleanser, i use it everyday in the morning before school. I have a little less then half the bottle left and i have been using it regularly for 7-ish months now.

I have been using Cetaphil forever. I love you since you to feel it's part of my skincare routine and before I put makeup on I use Cetaphil as a moisturizer. It makes my skin so hydrated because my skin so dry I just need anything and everything that can help my skin.

This product use to work really well for my face. Over the years it's effectiveness has decreased for me. It prevents new pimples from coming but it does not get rid of the current ones. It would probably work better for someone with very gentle skin

I was very nervous to try this daily facial cleanser because I heard a couple people say it was too strong for their skin but let me tell you I finally tried and I'm amazed. The gentle facial cleanser wasn't getting my face as clean and I was having so many breakouts but now using Cetaphil daily cleanser morning and night my skin has really turned around. This is a good, every day face wash. You don't have to spend a fortune for an effective face wash. I do have to do a double cleanse to get all my makeup off but it doesn't dry out my skin. I've tried numerous pricey face washes and they all do about the same thing.
