I tried the new and improved cleanser with vitamin B3 and B5 and it caused a horrible rash on my face. I am so disappointed that you all changed the formula. Please give consumers the option for the original formula that worked for my skin. It has been a week and my face is red, irritated, dry, and scaly. This is the only product I use on my face because it was effective give for years until now.

This is a great product to use if you need a daily cleanser that is inexpensive. It lasts a LONG time and I've been using it for a while. It does dry my skin out a lot though so I have to be sure to use moisturizer right after. I also am not a huge fan of the scent- it smells like soap at a doctor's office. If you're looking for a cheap soap that won't break you out, this is a go-to, however I likely won't be purchasing it again.

I just started using this. I like to use it every so often in between other cleansers to help balance my face. Now that it's colder my face isn't as oily and I can use this instead of my cleanser with salicylic acid in it. I wasn't expecting it to not have a sudsing effect. So it almost feels like you're cleaning your face with conditioner. Other than that, it is a good cleanser. Very gentle on the skin.

This is a great product to use for everyday face care. I use this twice a day and it always leaves my face clean and moisturized. I use this especially when my skin is breaking out a lot. If I decide to switch products, I can always go back to this one.

I tried using this cleanser a lot because I wanted to give it a fair shot, but it really just didn't work for me as well as I hoped it would. It's not that it had a bad smell or that the formula wasn't good, I just has a weird reaction to it. It made me feel very dry and broke me out with little thought patches of bumps all over my face. I think it's a good cleanser because work well at removing makeup, dirt, and oils off of my face but my skin just didn't like it.

This is my holy grail of all skin care products. This is the product that made my acne go away. I just used this product along with its moisturizer for a year and my acne went away and stayed away for a while. I highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed

This cleanser, while very gentle, does not work well for acne prone skin. It doesn't dry your face out but it doesn't have the necessary ingredients needed to fight acne. Also it doesn't remove makeup. Would be great for people who don't wear makeup often and or has sensitive skin.

Its in a plastic pump bottle, it has a silky texture that lathers up to cleanse your face of dry, oily, acne prone skin, it helps unclod pores and dry up acne with regular us. This came in a big bottle and doesn't take much to clean your face and neck.

I really love my cetaphil cleanser. For someone with sensitive skin this truly is gentle enough for me to use daily. It removes makeup so well which I love as part of my double cleanse. It does have fragrance so that may be irritating to some but it's never been an issue for me. It's a gel-like consistency and doesn't really foam which some prefer but that doesn't bother me because it works just the same. 10/10 recommend. There is a “gentle” version of this as well which is essentially the same cleanser just no fragrance as far as I can tell
