Best face wash ever!!!!!!! Been using it for years. It's so gentile on my skin and makes my face feel so fresh and clean. I get a lot of bad acne on my back, only takes 2 days after using this product for it to clear up. My dermatologist recommended me this :)

I use this every morning in the shower I love it makes your skim feel awake and clean I use a facial brush to apply it so it gets in your pores and that helps a lot to make it more affective. Also love how it has a pump makes it a lot easier and cleaner to use

Great for allergies or sensitive skin. My boyfriend has very active acne and this has significantly reduced his acne. I have occasional issues with allergens so when needed I use the Cetaphil body wash which is really just a body friendly version of this. Only complaint is smell but that's because the ingredients are so skin friendly.

After using Cetaphil gentle facial skin cleanser for 30+ years due to sensitive skin, I happened to buy the only option that is the “new and improved”one. It is awful. My face felt like it was burning/stabbing pain and was all read after, followed by bumps on my face and shoulder where it rinsed down in shower. The ingredients now include glycerin and some other things and I learned after using it, it no longer says soap free. It has a weird odor where the original was scent free. I think I had an allergic reaction to the new formula. Sad because I trusted the product for so many years.

I have been using this face wash for over a decade and I cannot believe I’m saying this but the NEW and IMPROVED formula has completely brought on my Perioral Dermatitis. This is so sad. I will not be using this product any more. Why try to fix something if it’s not broke?

When my skin is feeling stressed or breaking out or too much sun I stop all my other skin care routine and start using this. It leaves my face feeling soft and clean and almost immediately my skin starts calming down and the redness dissipates. Great facial wash if you have sensitive skin.

This foaming face cleanser is so amazing I am a repeat user I buy this every time I run out this product doesn't need to be improved it has a nice bottle good size there is no improvements for this it helps with acne and I recommend this to others I will definitely keep buying this

This is a very gentle CLASSIC cleanser I believe every home should have. I like to use this to take off my make up before using a medicated cleanser. It is also super helpful if your skin is super irritated or you just had a procedure done like a chemical peel. Working in dermatology I can assess that many doctors LOVE this stuff.

It's a good product for those who can't afford the expensive professional skin care lines. For the size of the product you get more for your money and the product lasts a long time. However, bc of the large bottle I highly suggest being mindful of washing hands before using the product to prevent cross contamination. Skin care products should not be used longer than 6 months bc bacteria that may seep into your containers can effect the molecular structure of the product therefore possibly making it harmful or less effective. As far as the actual product goes, this is great for people with normal to combination skin and will work for those prone to very minor breakouts.
