This is my go-to cleanser. It's great for sensitive skin and has no scrub products that are harsh for the face. I don't struggle with acne so for me this is enough. My brother does suffer from bad painful acne and he says this feels great on his skin as well. His routine is little heavier than mine though so this isn't the only thing he uses in his routine.

It's very gentle and cleans the skin without removing natural oils. In doing so, acne prone skin has less chance of a flair up, and oily skin doesn't need to over produce in compensation for a more foaming cleanser. I really like the cetaphil with my actives because of its ph level! smellls very nice 😊 very much worth your money . packaging was really nice very demure very secure . lasts up to a month if used correctly.

This one is one of the best cleanser that i have. I've been using it for so long already and it makes my face glow and smooth, it really works on my skin cause i have a very dry skin and a very sensitive skin, and i always recommend this stuff to everyone.

I liked this product based on its effectiveness. I didn't like the harshness of it. It is marketed towards sensitive breakout prone skin. But, I felt like it dried my skin out more than anything. I like having it as a backup, should I run out of my regular products. It is not something my skin can handle with daily use

I have been using this cleanser since my dermatologist recommended this in high school. A great gentle cleanser for all skin types. I 100% trust this product for everyday use. Very affordable and can be found in almost every drug store, beauty store, etc.

INLOVE CETAPHIL, this product cleared my face like no other product has. I use to have a lot of pimples everyday and no matter what I tried to use on my face to clear it up...nothing worked, then I tried Cetaphil and it worked miracles. It did leave my face a little dry, but that's because this one was more for oily skin...so if you have dry skin like me, get the foam one...it'll clean it without drying it up even more:)

I've used this for the past 2 and I had worked so nicely on my skin. It also lasts so long and I even share it with my fiancé we still aren't out. It doesn't have a scent and doesn't make my face feel oily. It makes me feel like I'm really cleaning my skin

I didn't really care for this product. I had been using it for years and I liked it but I'm not sure if I bought the wrong one when it came time to replace it. After a while the face wash did not suds up and my face didn't feel clean after using. I wouldn't buy it again and I have now switched to the foaming cleanser

My skin is very sensitive and usually gets red and irritated, and sometimes starts to peel, from most face washes and cleansers. Cetaphil works perfectly and never irritates my skin, but still leaves my face feeling clean and fresh. I definitely recommend this product.

So I’ve used this product for almost a year due to my work always making me sweat and giving me acne. When I had asked someone to go to the store and pick it up for me they did and got the “new and improved” I thought the ingredients probably didn’t change and used it like how I normally would with my daily routine and my face got red and irritated. I went and grabbed my older bottle thankfully I didn’t take out the trash and looked at the difference in the ingredients. I didn’t notice the change in scent I have a bad sense of smell and it didn’t feel off until I started to gently massage it and rinse it off. I went to the review section to see if anyone els it reacting this way to the “new and improved” wash and saw a comment and then saw your reply that you didn’t change the formula, though I remember it not having citric acid and other items in the ingredients. Plus there’s a lot of ingredients missing. I threw both bottles out hence why I have to use pictures form the internet but I just wanted to let you all know that if you’re going to say the formula didn’t change maybe recheck you’re previous ingredients and put them on the new bottle as well.
