I love this face cleanser I uses it everyday before I go to bed and in the morning it doesn't dry my skin out it moistures it and then I use the cetaphil afterwards and it leaves my face soft and moistured all day I would buy again it's and expensive at all it was worth the money good value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing this cleanser daily for about a month and for some reason, I'm still not sure how I feel about this cleanser. Some days I love it and some days I don't care for it. The actual texture of the cleanser is clear and thin and is pretty gentle when washing the face but feels a little dehydrated when the skin dries. I will say that once you put on a moisturizer, it makes your face look radiant and moisturized. After using this for several weeks, I've noticed that when you pair this cleanser with another cleanser and double cleanse, your face feels better after washing. It is definitely a good starter cleanser but I just feel that I have a love/ hate relationship with it simply because some days, I feel that it leaves a weird sensation on the skin and can strip it. I'm usually not a person who has issues with fragrances in skincare products, however, I think this one is so overpowering that it causes irritation on some days. My recommendation is to use a thick and heavy moisturizer to seal the deal and then you should be fine.

I've used this for over a decade and now have the new and "improved" formula... It's like they added water to it, it's so awful, no longer removes my makeup, I've been washing my face twice with 2 pumps each now so more expensive and my face feels dryer. I'm so sad, please where can I buy the real thing again?!?

This is the best cleanser! I have been using this for my face and body for over a year and it has been doing wonders! I have extremely sensitive skin and this cleanser doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or oily. The price is really good for the amount you get. 

This is a great product to use if you need a daily cleanser that is inexpensive. It lasts a LONG time and I've been using it for a while. It does dry my skin out a lot though so I have to be sure to use moisturizer right after. I also am not a huge fan of the scent- it smells like soap at a doctor's office. If you're looking for a cheap soap that won't break you out, this is a go-to, however I likely won't be purchasing it again.

I have been using this for years and I can tell you I have barely any acne and no breakouts. This gets it all done. I use this after I take of my makeup and before I go to bed. It leaves my skin feeling so refreshed and clean. The bottle also last a long time which is great.

i use this product each and every night to take off my makeup. i find it can be almost too gentle on my skin. i want to find something that not only takes off my makeup but also cleanses. until then i am happy to continue using this product to take off my makeup 

My dermatologist recommended it years ago and I have used it ever since. It cleans thoroughly, rinses off easily and doesn't dry out my skin. It's great for removing make -up. I love this cleanser - it's great on my sensitive skin. I use it every morning and night, and it cleanses without stopping my skin's oils and making my skin dry or tight. It doesn't foam much, but rinses very clean. It has a neutral aroma which is important for sensitive skin. I highly recommend Cetaphil Gentle cleanser. This is the only face wash that I have found that has not irritated my skin. I have super sensitive skin and have always had trouble finding face wash that doesn't irritate. It's incredibly gentle and does not dry out my skin. I recommend this face wash for anyone who has sensitive dry skin! LOVE how this product pampers my delicate skin

I think this product is okay in a pinch ... but I no longer buy it. My boyfriend uses it and I use it when I'm there but it's honestly not my favorite. I feel like it doesn't lather at all and it's not really doing anything ... it feels like putting milk on your face, which doesn't make sense.
