I hate the new version. You need to update your reviews show it only tells you how this new formula is doing. I loved this product. I could only use this product on my dry sensitive face. Now it so dry it hurts to put my lotion on. Why reformulate a already wonderful product. I'm tired of having Niacinamide in every single product. It's not moisturing even if used correctly with plenty of lotion. Please bring back the original.

My dermatologist recommended it years ago and I have used it ever since. It cleans thoroughly, rinses off easily and doesn't dry out my skin. It's great for removing make -up. I love this cleanser - it's great on my sensitive skin. I use it every morning and night, and it cleanses without stopping my skin's oils and making my skin dry or tight. It doesn't foam much, but rinses very clean. It has a neutral aroma which is important for sensitive skin. I highly recommend Cetaphil Gentle cleanser. This is the only face wash that I have found that has not irritated my skin. I have super sensitive skin and have always had trouble finding face wash that doesn't irritate. It's incredibly gentle and does not dry out my skin. I recommend this face wash for anyone who has sensitive dry skin! LOVE how this product pampers my delicate skin

I have such bad acne but this saved my life. Little pricey but worth it. It's good value and it's recommended by doctors. My face is becoming clearer and I'll add a photo to show you. I don't have a before photo but just know it was BAD! I just finished a Crosscountry race so I was sweaty but I use to have big bad pimples.

I loved this product when I first got it. It has an enjoyable scent but you have to use such small applications or it starts to flake on the skin and i usually end up wiping it off after because my makeup will not apply well after. But my children love it and because they need such a small amount they like to use it on their face. My only use for it now is that they enjoy it.

I like to use this product because I have extremely sensitive skin that breaks out if I use certain harsh face washes. With that being said since it's so gentle, I don't see any amazing effects, but it gets the job done by leaving my face feeling clean! It also lasts a super long time, which I love. It definitely saves money.

This is the only cleanser I will use on my face! It doesn't have harsh ingredients or fragrance and I have gone through like 8 bottles of this! It is the best face cleanser that will leave your skin beautiful and it is so affordable! 10/10 recommend to others!

This started out promising for me, it did work for awhile (about a month)..but after that it started to really irritate my skin. It made my skin dry and break out. I usually have oily skin so I thought this would work for me. My skin got red and itchy. Lucky I was able to return the half of bottle I didn't use.

My skin tends to be dry then oily. I have never been a big facial product person but when I saw an episode of Christley knows best, Todd the dad is a huge advocate for skin care. He uses this. I bought it and never looked back. My skin is smooth, feels clean and doesn't try me out. The smell is gentle but very productive! I love it! A little bit goes such a long way too. I even use it on my 7 year old after a long day of playing outside or at other houses.

My daughter suggested I try this. I love it. It is so gentle on my skin. It cleans without drying and I never have to worry my skin will have any breakouts or reaction to this cleanser. It is part of my daily skin care routine now. I would definitely buy this again and again.

I bought the cetaphil facial cleanser because I saw a video on this being dermatologist approved and I love it! It feels very light on your skin and smells like baby soap but it's easy to clean off your face and I feel like it helps with breaking out. Definitely worth your money.
