The BEST daily cleanser! Gentle yet effective. Not too harsh but gets the job done. I consider this my every day go to. If you have on a lot of makeup you may need to massage extra or wash twice, but for the normal wear it's perfect. I recommend to anyone!

I used this cleanser for awhile before I got really into skincare because I heard it was great for sensitive skin. It has a super simple ingredient list and its fragrance free, which I loved. Unfortunately I did not think it did anything great for my skin; it didn't prevent breakouts from happening and it didn't help my overall complexion in any way except for maybe not irritating my skin when using it. When looking back on the ingredient list though I realized it has sodium lauryl sulfate, which can be overly stripping unless you have oily prone skin. At the time I did have somewhat oily skin so it seemed to be okay, but now as I have more combo dry skin I definitely wouldn't use this for that reason and just because there really is no benefits that come from using this really. If you are just looking for a very very simple cleanser and you have more oily skin this could work for you though!

Started using this face cleanser after my doctor recommended it for my acne, have been using it for about a year now. I love it, I use it as soon as my makeup is off to clean my skin, and I can actually feel my skin getting clean! My acne has gone down a lot since I started using this, as well as the redness on my face, I highly recommend it for anyone who has acne prone or sensitive skin.

This product is super great and was my go-to for a very long time. I only stopped using it recently because I became concerned with the ingredients it contained. This product is great for sensitive skin and removes makeup well. I just wish the brand would switch to more natural ingredients.

This daily cleanser is gentle and can be used on all skin types. Nothing remarkable about this product, other than being a tried and true go to at the drugstore. Does not have much of a scent, however this is a safe, affordable option for all skin types.

I have been using Cetaphil for the last 3 years and I absolutely love it. After washing with this cleanser it makes your skin soft and it has clear to whiteish consistency and it doesn't have a crazy smell to it. I usually buy 2 big bottles and 1 mini travel bottle. It's my go-to face wash. I have recommended this to my brother as well since he has oily skin plus he suffers from acne and he loves using this every day. I would recommend this cleanser. As a teenager I would have major break out mostly in the forehead area and uni area as well. I used it every morning and night and it did the job... besides a few visits from the dermatologist. Actually he was the one who recommended me to buy this item.

I used the original Gentle Skin Cleanser for many, many years. It worked very well for me. I have use the new version once. I may give it a few days, but I am searching for a replacement. I have not heard any complaints about the old formula. I do not know why you would think your customers would want a change.

If you have sensitive skin or don't care for a heavy cleanser, this is the one for you. It's very light and doesn't leave a film on your face after you use it. It is not scented so you don't have that overwhelming smell after cleaning your face. A little goes a long way, so whatever size you get, it will last you for awhile.

Yes!!! I kept trying products that were too harsh and my skin was drying out - I'm thankful I took a step back and tried something for my skin that was more calming and could wash it, but not totally strip it. I use this in my daily routine now! Must have.
