This is my go too cleanser. I like to use a balm/melt to get makeup off then follow up with this or if I do t wear makeup that day I use this in the morning and evening. Occasionally I'll switch cleansers but this is always my go too. Don't strip my skin nor dry it out ( I have overall dry skin). The. I will follow up with the everyday lotion. I have my 12 year old using this too! I recommend and will continue to use

Overall I am impressed with this product. It cleans well and removes oil without drying out the skin too much. The pump design is good, pumping just enough without putting any cleanser to waste. My skin isn't completely clear, but I have definitely seen an improvement since using the product.

It makes my face feel cooler and refreshed afterward. Really helps my skin feel soft and clear. Effective after even the first use. I think there is nothing to change about this product. I love how it doesn't have a strong scent. Will definitely purchase it again.

I love this product as I suffer from acne. I use it daily and it works amazing and it's ok when you skip a day or two (yes it's that bad for me) but it keeps my skin feeling clean and clear of any oilyness I feel throughout the day when I don't have my face washed.

I have used a lot of facial cleanser that was way more expensive than this and some of them were worth it and some were not even better than this Cetaphil. I love how gentle Cetaphil is on my skin and I normally use it in the day time but have used it in my night routine too!

My skin is very sensitive and usually gets red and irritated, and sometimes starts to peel, from most face washes and cleansers. Cetaphil works perfectly and never irritates my skin, but still leaves my face feeling clean and fresh. I definitely recommend this product.

I have extremely sensitive skin so I thought this product would be a great addition to my skincare routine. However even though this product is claimed to be one of the most gentle cleansers, it did irritate my skin and cause me to break out. I am giving three stars because I did feel as though it cleansed my skin well and I appreciate the lack of fragrance. It just was not the exact fit for my skin personally.

Such a great and gentle face wash! I have super sensitive skin and find most face washes irritate my skin and have the opposite effect but this one if awesome cleared up my skin and left it feeling clean and moisturized would definitely recommend to those with sensitive skin

Overall, I think this is an okay cleanser that is great for days you're not wearing makeup and if you don't have any major skin concerns. If I'm wearing heavier makeup, it does tend to leave behind foundation/concealer, especially in any creases. It also leaves my skin feeling tight and dry, and I have combination/dry skin naturally.

I just add this to my morning and night routine its going to be a week of use and it really does feel refreshing to my face and it all makes my skin not feel really dry it gives my skin a little moisture which is really good i reccomend this to anybody face cleanse routine
