Overall great help with the tax return. I didn't like that I couldn't submit the return without being forced to pay for the premium package.

This app is very useful and fast to do your taxes at home, very useful guides to complete everything the right way.

The self employed section didnt make sense and i think it made me fill it out wrong but i wasnt able to change it and it was weird the way it did it.

Several dialog boxes were difficult to deal with. Several asked for information on my W2 without telling me wheretlook for it.

The updates have made it impossible to navigate jn h app and on web browser stop trying to fix what's not broken!!!

As always, simple to use, best results, eaisier than letting some tax preparer do it and not get all the dueductions possible.

Was much harder than the old Turbo Tax. Didn't guide as well. Don't like not having a disc. Probably won't use next year.

I feel like I was swindled, since I had to pay nearly $150 for filing a simple W-2 and now I'm at a net loss.

I spoke with an expert live on the phone. She was very knowlegeble and helpful. She was very professional.
