TurboTax made a serious error on my state return and I had to pay taxes I didn't owe. It took many hours over two days to correct the error.

Cost was more than double from what was advertised! I can have someone do them for the same or less and probably get a better return as well.

your fee are ridiculous . 40 fee for paying with your tax return, 60 to file with the state and 80 coming out over 180 in fees

Pretty good, they walk you through everything. Sucks that I can only use the agent at the very end of my filing process.
