TurboTax Online 2025, Individuals & Homeowners, Email Delivery, Federal Return Only + Federal E-file

I appreciate how easy is to file your taxes using turbotax. It also has a lot of information, have been able to always resolve any doubt I have.

requiring me to use the deluxe version just to submit a W2 and a 1099 and causing my state and federal return to be 143$ is criminal.

pricing is awful

It is absolutely ridiculous that you guys lobby the government to be able to charge us for something that should be free. You are all sell outs.

Was a great experience all together. Very easy and self explanatory. Accuracy was on point and I really enjoyed the features.

Turbo Tax is awesome!

I feel like I was swindled, since I had to pay nearly $150 for filing a simple W-2 and now I'm at a net loss.

Too expensive

Everything was easy to complete, had issues with my laptop on 4/15 and was still able to get it done on my phone.

Continues to be an informative and painless way to file my taxes.  They are not too complicated so I love the idea of not havig to go through a CPA

Pain Free Tax Filing

I am not happy that it indicates that it is a certain price if I chose to do it myself and not use an agent.  I feel this is not an open disclosure.

Turbo Tax is not open about the fee's.

Too pushy - too much marketing - not able to maintain information entered appropriately.  This will be my last year using turbutt tax.

turbutt tax sucks

Not sure how a government funded website that takes a portion of every single persons tax return, mind you we have to use these sites. And still somehow my returns get denied over something so small so easy to fix yourselves but no, too much work? Not enough Ai assets? Whats the excuse here? It's a common known issue and yet it's on us after we work all year and still file returns and you take your “fees” which are complete dumb and parhstill it's on my over simple mistakes. The lack of notice about my returns getting denied is also ridiculous. I know you all will never do any better we only get worse from here so from the bottom of my heart please go wipe tonight with the “fees” from my return

Turbo is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate that TurboTax recommends my products from the previous year. It guides me to the quickest, easiest way to file my taxes. It also encourages me to come back to TurboTax next year. The only thing that confuses me each year is the contributions to HSA, but I still received my deduction.
