Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use. Cost is low. I appreciate how they guide you through each step and have help pop outs throughout. It's so easy a caveman can do it! ;) LOL

TurboTax helps me stay on track with my filing. I really don't know what I would do without it. Our taxes are relatively simple, but not so simple when you're trying to do it.

I always use Turbo Tax. It's very easy to navigate and if I run into any issues there are knowledgeable people ready to help. I've used Turbo Tax for more than 5 years.

TurboTax is very helpful the people there to help you are very helpful as well they will walk with you step by step to make sure you get everything you need and don't miss out on any information

It was my 1st time filling my taxes with TurboTax, but it was so easy to do. everything was well explained to a point that I could fully understand the process.

Said it would be free until the very end when it made me pay because I had an HSA, please say that upfront next time so that I don't waste my time and money.

The process is easy to file on your own but it seems like every year it gets more and more expensive to file. Especially when you're barely getting anything back.

Charged too many fees for every little thing. People are already hurting for money. This will be my last year using turbo tax, after it being my site of choice for many years.

I am always very happy with the Turbo Tax experience. I do get a little confused with the pricing, not sure how that all works out. I have used Turbo Tax for quiet a few years now and always a good experience.

Awful awful experience. Told it would only cost $40 then at the end of an hour if paperwork i got jewed by this truely awful site and they charged me $130.
