It was very easy to use and accurate. The state kicker showed up automatically. My only complaint is that the basic federal fee for my itemized deductions return was much higher than other softwares.

Everything is explained, step by step, including where to find errors. Only suggestion i have is add a link back to the document that needs to be corrected.

It would have been 5 stars if the fees had been appropriately quoted in the beginning. Initially, it read as though I would only pay $39 for the Federal return and $40 for the state return and yet, I had to pay an additional $100.

It was my 1st time filling my taxes with TurboTax, but it was so easy to do. everything was well explained to a point that I could fully understand the process.

The site uses unethical ways to get more money out of people by requiring the deluxe in order to file because of an HSA and state returns. Very disappointed.

TurboTax has been my go-to for many many years to file my taxes. It is set up to be user friendly and has a great ease of access to get your taxes filed quickly and efficiently.
