I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. I dislike the online version, compared to the desktop version. It was less user friendly and trying to back up was much more difficult. I like the program, but it's usability could be more improved.

Easy to go through and make sure all income and deduction items are considered. Ability to have past years tax information available. Easy filing process. Can pay with refund. Easy direct deposit for fast refund.

TurboTax is very simple to use as well as user friendly. I can get my simple taxes set up and done in a short amount of time. All the additional features are helpful when needed.

Lowest refund of my life. i worked one month last year and am receiving a refund of the same amount bur i worked an entire year and receiving the same refund amount. How can this be possible. I will not be back to turbo tax next year

Stop telling me to pay for the upgrade and then force me to pay the upgrade to get my return. I know thats how it works but please dont tell me that at the end it was quite annoying.

Easy to use, helpful in every way when I ran into things I didn't know. Didn't like the fact that I had to re-due it due that I did not need a 1095a since I have insurance through my employer

How can I make so little money and this service takes almost half of my pittance of a refund? 49 for federal 30 something for state, another 40 for idk what. Sure you make it easy to file. But half my refund??

My experience with TurboTax has always been good. I struggle with different sections based on pin and things that I have to have so other than that I like TurboTax I feel like I get the maximum refund and I'm comfortable with it.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 years now. It does take much longer to do the taxes than Turbo tax states it will take me. I do get confused on some items so that always takes me longer. But for the most part, I am able to complete them in time
