yall made me redo three times in a row when i wanted to pay with my return i had to pay with my credit card next year im downloading a pdf and filing with someone else

Turbo Tax seemed very thorough. I love the help screens and the dialogue as I worked through the various forms. Turbo Tax seemed to be very friendly and helpful.

Turbotax was so easy to use. I have no experience in taxes and the site helped me navigate doing my taxes very easily. I will definitely be using turbotax from now on!

Used to be free. Now you nickel and dime me and won't let me pay with my refund. Will never use again TurboTax. Used to be elite. Now you just scam like the others.

As is often the case, I found myself satisfied. The process of filing my taxes required a reasonable amount of time, and it proceeded without any complications.

So when it told me my return was reject it told me why and didn't't just take me to my mistake and I had to find it myself, long story short I got lost and went to recheck what was incorrect and could not find it agin....

I file my taxes every year with TurboTax and it seems like the process gets shorter and shorter every year, which I am very grateful for! I like that my imported W-2 makes things a whole lot easier.

Turbo tax has never sent my refund back this many times and there's nothing I can change on it. It's asking for the simplest thing and then it sends my refund back again. I wouldn't recommend this to nobody else.

It went very well......EXCEPT an apparent glitch asking me for Canadian something even after I said no to living abroad in any of the listed countries.
