I do not appreciate turbo tax asking for my hard-earned money after every portion of filing. This would not be a problem if turbo tax was not advertised as free. Having to pay for some of the "features' makes this not free.

TurboTax makes it easy to file taxes every year. Its guidance with every step is a plus. I like how all the new laws and rules are updated each year. I enjoy filing my own taxes at my own pace and time.

I've used TurboTax for many years. This year and last year, they have been putting in more hidden fees that you're unable to see until the very last moment of signing. advertised as $39 when in actuality it was over $150

although i did have to go through a lengthy process it was all understandable and some short videos of explanation got me through all of what i needed to know. overall amazing

I have filed with an agent for the past 7 years just because I didn't want to go through the headache of doing it myself. Turbotax was the same cost as those other in person avenues but i got more of a refund than I would have with them.

Turbo Tax gets the job done but, at the end, they nickel and dime your refund away with fees for this, then fees for that. $124.00 0f my refund burned up in fees.

Did not explain certain things well, such as why my return was rejected. No explanation on why my car didn't qualify for the tax credit, would have been nice to know that BEFORE completing filing.

I have been using TurboTax for the past 5 years and It's always a simple experience. The only things I'm confused about are the promotions that say free filing. But it never seems to be free, not including other fees from State, etc.

I had a very easy time filling out information for my taxes, as well as filing them. The entire process was not long at all. I would recommend Turbo taxes to all of my family and friends.

At the end of filing, TurboTax adds optional products like MAX Benefits that I did not select and makes them difficult to remove. This feels misleading and unnecessarily stressful when you're just trying to file your taxes.
