I think TT is great; however, I thought they offer a free option, which I was not able to select. I do like to do my own taxes, but at the end of the day, if I am forced to pay, I would have gone to a pro.

I think the features are great - but the price is crazy, especially as a college student. It's already so hard as it is and i feel like this is feeling more like a money scheme now as the years go on.

You are predatory and misleading. The entire process is designed to frustrate and push people towards paying for useless upgrades. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Could not proceed past getting started on my historic account. Forced loops initiating expert assist. Had to clear and go to turbo tax free in order to get this ez return done. So 0 stars at first. Free worked at 5 stars. So 3 stars.

Easy and straightforward, they charge a bit for some of the conveniences and for state stuff but I didn't feel like doing the things that would keep it free or cheap.

I thought TurboTax was a good option at first, but I was disappointed when I was charged more than expected. I believed the cost would only be $49, and the additional fees were not clearly explained upfront.

The program is super easy to use... guided me through tthe process easily.... It made filing my taxes this year and many years before easy and reliable.

It kicked me out multiple times I entered the same information multiple times and it just kept looping back to it. Taxes are confusing I wish it would explain things better

Puts me in a loop to take payment from my return. I had 128 from state coming back and 3400 from federal. I could afford the $30 fee. Would not let me E sign untl i put my credit card in to pay.

the fees charged where hidden and added to end. It stated to pay with refund, $40 but at the end it added the $40 and added a $35 fee with the $49. Charging $124 for the work done all through me
