fees charged extra

i did not like you added two extra fees when i done it for 6 yrs my taxes never gotten chach for tec fees and srt fee which i have no freaking clue what that stands for

I like Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for 6 years now. It does take much longer to do the taxes than Turbo tax states it will take me. I do get confused on some items so that always takes me longer. But for the most part, I am able to complete them in time

Turbo Tax is the absolute best

I was going to try another tax website but they had lots of hidden costs and they did it calculate my non resident state tax from my work, Turbo tax was way better and 100% accurate. I will not use any tax website ever!!!!! Thank you very much

Waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many charges man. I got charged to use a "Do It Yourself Deluxe" and charge again for using turbo tax in general. Also got charged $39 to file a state tax that was $44. So basically I made $5 of the state tax. Not nice.

System said it should take about 54 minutes to complete our joint return; it actually took me a little longer but I just wanted to be sure I was covering everything. It went very smoothly.

I freaking love this company. App, website, it doesn't matter. It's always simple, year after year, no matter how many 1099's I have, it's always a piece of cake. And If I'm struggling, there is always someone standing by to help.

Great software tainted by pushy paid add-ons

Still my favorite tax product but the amount of garbage you try to push while doing my taxes has gotten out of hand. If I want to pay for the extra products, I will, but I don't want them shoved in my face constantly.
