Turbo Tax Rate is too high

The fees are way too high. If your refund is only $350 and Turbo tax charges $150 it is kind of insane

turbotax is not right

tried to do free filing but could not. only let me do the deluxe filing. if filing is supposed to be free then charging is a scam.

The website is terrible. I lives in Texas and for the interest form, it keeps asking for a state but does not give me any choice of Texas.

They charge way too much money for me to file my taxes MYSELF WITH NO EXPERT HELP!!!! $128 is ridiculous.
