I love that I can do this all by myself despite having more than just a basic tax return. You walked me through every step of the way and helped me get all the deductions I'm entitled to.

I started out with a competitor's software, and it kept saying there was a W-2 error. I switched to TurboTax in the 11th hour, automatically imported the W-2s and got done in a little over an hour. Next year we'll use TurboTax from the start.

Very upsetting I don’t get the option to file for free. I was given very little money back and on top of that I charged $172 just to file. I’ve filed for free before but now I’m not even given an option to do it for free.

Disingenuous pricing. Told me I could file everything for free only for me to go through the whole process and I find out I need to upgrade because I put $10 in an HSA. Also charged me for a state return when the site said it would not.

The experience with TurboTax certainly seems thorough, but I don't have anything to compare since it's the only tax prep software I've ever used. Payment was difficult and the 20% link I had wasn't applied, so that is disappointing.

First time using this software instead of paying a tax person. It was surprisingly less stressful than I anticipated but did take longer than estimated likely due to my newness to the process.

It was pretty simple but fees that were added onto the end that I thought were already paid when I paid money to file. Also, an error that kept popping up where I wasn't the only one who had this happen.

A great way to do your taxes easily, just wish they wouldn't try to push unnecessary products on you every three pages. If you don't qualify for a simple return and you've got half a brain all you need is the Do-It-Yourself Deluxe, nothing more.

Very good guidance when filing. I like the step by step and that your able to pick up where you leave off if your not able to finish what you've started!

The system continually flagged me for needing a deluxe version because it said I had and HSA which I did not have, I had an FSA. I want to be refunded for making me buy the deluxe.
