Initial pass skipped adding estimated tax payments made in 2025. I had to catch that and then go back and figure out how to add them and recalculate everything. None of that was easy.

Very easy step by step instructions. Compatible with my device. Has features that make it easy to use. Calculations were accurate. The web pages were user friendly.

Easy to utilize process for simpereturns. The suggestions and guidance are spot on and helpful to make quick work of the returns. Positive experience and worth the cost.

The added fees and the only other option(s) to get my refund for free, besides Credit Karma or having to pay $35 to my bank, was an unpleasant experience.

Overall, was ok, just some of the ways the questions were phrased was done poorly. As well as they were not super up front about total costs, and whatnot.

Took a bit longer than the estimated time, but they do review and ask about a lot of things to get the best outcome. I am happy with the thoroughness and ease of correcting or adjusting information. I will most likely use TurboTax next year.

Everyone i spoke with was great and very help full even with t h e first time submission getting rejected hopefully I'll get my refund soon and dont need c ti make any chsnges

I filed by myself and not only did it take twice as long but I also had to pay $80 just because I added information that didn't affect my taxes at all!

I've used TurboTax for many years now and it just continues to get better and improve and become easier to use and understand and guides the user through the process very well.

Thank you for creating a product that did not require me to take too much time to file my taxes on my own! It was fast, easy to understand, and straightforward. I LOVE Turbotax!
