This memory foam mattress is so great. We set it up as guest bed and used it this Christmas for my in-laws. They said it slept like a dream. I even snuck in after they went home for a nap and I double their sentiment. We did have to let it air out for several days to get rid of the vacuum packed smell, but it went away pretty quickly.

This mattress is so comfortable! The thickness is perfect for our bed frame and the material is a softer feel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the unboxing, it does take time to get to its full potential so if you are needing to sleep on it right away like us, don't count on it lol give yourself a day or 2!

I am happy with the new Member's Mark Eurotop mattress. It was delivered efficiently, and packaged perfectly. I was able to move the box myself in order to prepare for set up. The mattress was shrink wrapped inside of the box. Once you remove the plastic wrap the mattress begins to expand immediately. Within a few minutes the mattress was ready for use. It is soft yet slightly firm which helps support my lower back. There are handles sewn into the side of the mattress for easy transport from room to room. After sleeping for a week on the mattress I am very satisfied and well rested. 🙂

I took a little longer to review this time because I wanted to see if the mattress holds up. I have had memory foam mattresses in the past and did not care for them at all because they dip in and don't recover. This one, so far, holds up and has not sunk in. Very comfortable. If you have had issues with memory foam mattresses, I recommend trying this one.

This is a great mattress. I like that it has the Eurotop, that was a big draw for me. Of course, when I removed from the box and unrolled it, the smell is very strong and a little overwhelming. I let it air out and finish expanding for a couple of days before using it. I highly recommend doing this, especially if you can keep it in a separate room. After it airs out then the smell is gone. The mattress is very comfortable. It has medium firmness which is just right for me. Very soft and plush but with just enough give it absolutely gives that “cradling” feeling.

I am so happy with this mattress! I had been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for the last three years and noticed I wasn’t feeling rested when I woke up. I decided to make the switch to something different and gave the Members Mark Eurotop mattress a try. It arrived fairly fast, I opened the box and left it in my back patio for a day to allow it to regain its shape. It’s a bit heavy for me so I had someone help me with the process of taking it out of the box, placing it on top of my patio table to let it retain its shape, and moving it into my room. The first to test out the mattress were the dogs, had to make sure to put a mattress protector since they clearly wanted to spend their time on the bed. I’ve been sleeping on it for a week now and I have to say, this mattress is a game changer! Within a couple of days of having restful sleep I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled out and I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to sleep comfortably through the night but boy did I! I appreciate that it’s firm enough to provide back support but soft enough to make me feel cuddled. I want to replace the other mattresses in the house too!

This mattress is beyond better then I could have ever imagined. The material on the top is so smooth and silky. Its the perfect combination of memory foam and firmness. Very High quality materials. It even has handles sewn on each side for easy manuvering. Solid base but not super heavy. My sheets fit perfectly. I would advise deep pocket sheets. Most memory foam matteresses make my hips and back hurt by morning but this one did not. I highly recommend for anyone whose picky about their mattress. Very nice quality and high craftsmanship.

I love this mattress!!! I had just bought a new mattress not to long ago but I could tell sleep good. Once i got this mattress i was sleeping like a baby! Definitely recommend this mattress to anyone!

Bottom line: I sent it back. This mattress was not comfortable at all and was very hard, even though I purchased the "medium". Extra deep sheets did not fit, either. All but two of the reviews were "incentivized" which should have been the first clue that the extraordinarily large number of high ratings may or may not have been really accurate. I learned 3 lessons with this purchase. 1) Take incentivized reviews with a huge grain of salt, especially with a purchase of something as big and relatively expensive as a mattress. 2) If returning, check in with the local club first about options. You cannot work with the local club once an action (return or replacement) is initiated online and the local club will not assist. 3) DO NOT USE THE Sam's Club AI chat bot!!!! Insist on speaking with a person. It may take a while, but absolutely insist on speaking with a person. There were several things that happened throughout this process that could have been much easier and taken less time had I been able to speak to a real person. A few things had to be reversed (including an automatic "replacement" of anidentical mattress--that I did NOT want). I ended up spending quite some time on the phone with a couple of different people (including a supervisor) cleaning up the issues created by the AI etc. Ultimately, all was resolved, but it was a painful experience filled with lessons learned.

I would have never thought that a Members Mark mattress would be this great. I mean don’t get me wrong, I love MM products but I was always weary about the mattresses. It’s so hard to find a good mattress but this one is GREAT!
