I love being able to check on my son and see his stats and room temperature all in one place. I use the camera and the other features all the time, and it's so nice to have everything together in one app. The Dream Duo gives me a little more peace of mind, and I'm so glad we have it! It's one of those things you don't realize you'll use so much until you have it.

As a registered nurse and a first-time mom, I’m probably more particular than most when it comes to monitoring and vital-sign technology. I work with pulse oximetry regularly in the hospital, so I understand both how useful this technology can be and the importance of looking at trends rather than relying on a single reading. We’ve been using the Owlet Dream Duo (3rd Gen) with our daughter, and it has genuinely given us so much peace of mind, especially overnight. I love being able to see her sleep information and trends from the sock while also having the camera available in the same system. The app is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to check on her without constantly going into the room and potentially waking her. From a nurse’s perspective, I also appreciate having objective information available rather than trying to judge everything simply by looking at the monitor. I know a home baby monitor isn’t a replacement for medical assessment or hospital equipment, but having that additional information as a parent is incredibly reassuring. Overall, the Dream Duo has become one of the baby products we use every single day. It combines the things I appreciate as a nurse—data and trends—with what I need as a mom: reassurance and a little more peace of mind while my baby sleeps. I would absolutely recommend it to other parents.

I absolutely love my Owlet Dream Duo. The amount of peace of mind it has given me as a first-time mom, especially while dealing with postpartum anxiety, is honestly hard to put into words. I genuinely don't know how much sleep I would have gotten without it. Being able to check on my baby and see his data without constantly getting up or wondering if everything is okay has helped me actually relax enough to sleep. The data and insights are fantastic, and I love being able to see everything in one place. The camera quality is great, and overall this has become something I rely on every single night. There are a couple of things I'd love to see improved. The app can be frustrating, and the user interface could definitely be more intuitive and streamlined. I also really wish the Bluetooth range for the sock/base station was longer, or that Owlet offered some type of range extender. My baby's room is pretty far from our bedroom, so the limited range can make placement tricky. Those things aside, I absolutely love the product itself. The information and reassurance it provides have been invaluable to me, and the peace of mind alone makes it worth it. This is easily one of my favorite baby purchases, and I would 100% buy it again.

My child is a NICU baby so this really helps with the anxiety. It's been great for us so far and no issue noted. Was hesitant at first to purchase cause of some mixed reviews and the price for both sick and duo along with the subscription if you wanted it but it's definitely worth it!

My friend recommended the Owlet sock after her first child was born, and I had it on my registry for my first baby. He was born prematurely, and we ended up transitioning him to his own room pretty early on. The owlet sock has been incredible for peace of mind for us! Once we got through the quirks of putting it on correctly, we don't have any “false alarms” and even if we did, I would rather be alerted too many times that were faulty vs not being alerted the one time it might not be faulty. I will say, the camera has been a little finicky to connect with the app. Some times it gives us trouble and the app takes a while to load. I highly recommend the sock, but have considered getting a different monitor due to how wonky it is!

I have used this since the day my daughter was brought home. I have struggled with extremely bad postpartum anxiety but since we use this for every nap, and every night when she sleeps, i haven't had any anxiety about if she's breathing okay and sleeping well. I'm able to track her sleep, go do chores while she's sleeping and still be able to watch her, and have never wondered if she's in any respiratory distress. I love this, i will recommend it to all of my friends, future parents, and even current ones who struggle. Thank you for saving some of my sanity owlet, it has not gone unnoticed

Bought this after going back and forth deciding if it was necessary! I can safely say this has given me piece of mind that I didn't know I needed. I can confidently sleep through the night, knowing that my baby is safe and sound. New moms if you have the extra funds- purchase this. It will save your life and your sanity

We originally bought just the sock, but later went back for the camera. Seriously, get both! Having the video feed, and her live readings in one place is amazing. The video quality is so good especially compared to the other one we originally purchased. As someone with postpartum anxiety, this has given me so much peace of mind and I recommend it to all parents!

The owlet sock itself provides a great peace of mind for monitoring baby, and the camera connection in addition to the health status in the same app is even better. I love being able to see my baby and their health stats together. With motion, sound, and cry detection, it also can record clips when those things happen as well, which I love. They just added a sound feature, which I haven't yet used. There is the speaker/microphone combo which works well too. After having a fullterm loss my first pregnancy, I NEEDED this for my own mental health to monitor my earthside baby. It helps so so so much, highly recommend.

I love the owlet sock, camera, and app! I sleep so much better knowing my baby is being monitored all night! It gives me so much peace of mind. I wish I could turn the camera on and off though. It also hasn't been consistent in giving me predicted sleep windows which I like when it does. I love that it tells me my baby's heart rate, oxygen level, room temp, humidity level, deep sleep, and the sleep report in the morning.
