Leary because of price point, but I only needed a saw for home use. I had a 70 foot tree cut down and they left me with some very large pieces that needed to be cut to fireplace size. Ordered the SENIX 20 18" four stoke motor, added gas, chain oil and the engine oil that came with the saw. Fired up and cut for 3 hours straight, did not faulter!! idled great without shutting off, easy to handle and lightweight. I would recommend this a to everyone needing a light duty big saw. Cleaned it up, put in the box and its ready for the next job.

Ran good, didn't need to prime according to the instructions, that flooded the spark plug. Went through two tanks of gas cutting 16" to 24 " diameter trees. Bogged done a bit on full 16" cut due to the bumper spikes. could have used 5 to 8 more CC's of engine. Definitely like it better than the electric for power and cutting speed. Hands down much better than getting my Stlh or Poulan 2 cycle chain saws started.

Decent little chainsaw for the price. I thought the 4-cycle would be less tempermental to start, but this often takes several pulls. as expected, it makes less power than a 2-cycpe of the same displacement. The power it puts out would be better for a 16 inch bar, or maybe an 18" low kickback chain (it came with a full-chisel). The saw stalls on me when cutting big oak unless I go very lightly, that is why I say it is underpowered. To get five stars it would have needed to start first pull after priming, and have either more power or a bar and chain better matched to the power it does have. To be fair, my other saw is a 94cc clone of a Stihl 660, so this was bound to seem weak. But it is a decent backup saw for my ranch and would be just fine for a suburban homeowner.

Good power, cuts good. Four stroke engine oil leaks unless you tighten with a wrench. Doesn't run as long as they say. Small fuel tank. Low noise level and no smelly exhaust.

For light use only Broke the handle on the second pull. Chain is poor quality It's start real good Runs hot if you force it to much. Check the oil every time you refill you gas

Works great ,until parts start wearing out. There is no place to get replacement parts. I have been trying o get some for mine for almost a year.

I used it once and it operated well with little vibrations. I wanted to keep it but it had oil leaking out of the fill cap. Called, left message on their support line and got absolutely no support on fixing the leak. The company never responded to four attempts to get this fixed. I returned the chainsaw

Good idea but... Ran into some problems after the get go. Broken pull cord, valve bent in cylinder, metal flakes in to oil and bar oil leaks Contacted support twice with no reply back from Senix. Made contact mid July 2026

The Saw worked great for about a year, until the flywheel cracked apart where it attaches to the crankshaft.

extremely hard to start and keep running, lacks power, stops running once the engine consumes 1/2 tank. spend more time on bench than cutting wood. only runs for 5-10 minutes before it shuts down and requires service. not reliable.
