I love that it has 20 grams of protein, which is comparable to the other high-protein meal substitutes that I have been using for a while. There is also a decent amount of fiber content. The flavor is good...and it's not "too sweet."

The calories (250) seems reasonable for a snack that tides you over. Has palm kernal oil which I thought wasn't the best, and allulose which I thought was wood!

It was very tasty alone as a snack and it's an added bonus that it's loaded with protein! It's like a healthier version of other snacks on the market, AND it tastes great!

I was expecting it to taste like the regular chocolate peanut butter kind bars, but there were these crispy things in the center which tasted so bad. I struggled with swallowing the first bite. I wouldn’t buy this bar for the taste.

While it was filling & crispy, I felt the chocolate was overpowering and didn't pick up any peanut butter flavor at all. Even if they added a touch of salt that could do wonders for this but it was just very, very bland. I wouldn't buy these.

I also love that it has 20 g of protein. They are nice and crispy but I’d like to see the chocolate taste improved.

The size was actually pretty big and it did curb my hunger. I ate it as my breakfast/lunch. It raised my blood sugar, but not to a high level which happens sometimes with different types of protein bars.
