The crispy texture combined with being chock-full of nuts makes it incredibly satisfying. What’s even better? It only has 1 gram of sugar—perfect for anyone watching their sugar intake. The rich chocolate flavor is a real highlight, balancing out the crunch beautifully. And with 20 grams of protein, it’s an amazing option to keep me fueled throughout the day. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I would love for there to be a non-roasted flavor option too (eg instead of roasted peanut, which I gather is a dominant flavor in both bar options)...and of course I always hope a 100% plant-based version is on the way. To conclude my review-main point: it is awesome that there are no artificial sweeteners or erythritol in these and they definitely are satisfying + delicious :)

As always, I look forward to tasting all of Kind's many variety of energy bars. This was one was pretty good. A perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate. The peanut butter flavor didn't over power the entire bar and the chocolate was great. I also love the larger size that it comes in. A great energy snack while I'm feeling low on energy.

Most protein bars I’ve tried have a smooth nougat-y texture but I prefer the texture of this protein bar. I love the flavor- it has the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Would definitely pick this up for on the go or a good protein snack over a quest bar

KIND sticks to what they do best with their flavor profiles and just upgraded it with their protein version. I highly recommend this.

While it was filling & crispy, I felt the chocolate was overpowering and didn't pick up any peanut butter flavor at all. Even if they added a touch of salt that could do wonders for this but it was just very, very bland. I wouldn't buy these.
