[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a protein bar with 20 grams of protein I have to say this is one of the best options I’ve tried on the market. It wasn’t sweet at all - with only 1g of sugar. The texture was pleasant - it was crunchy and poppy, almost liked baked rice. The chocolate was pleasant. I didn’t get much peanut butter from the flavor profile but honestly, I don’t mind that.

With the amount of protein in one bar, it was a bit chalky and the texture grainy. It was a great, filling, healthier snack.

There is no peanut butter taste, and the crunch is like eating sand. It has a horrible gritty texture. I really think you should take this recipe back to the drawing board and make adjustments. It is not ready for primetime.

The size was actually pretty big and it did curb my hunger. I ate it as my breakfast/lunch. It raised my blood sugar, but not to a high level which happens sometimes with different types of protein bars.

It definitely held me over and kept me full but I do know of lower calorie options with similar protein. The flavor was also good, but not a very strong peanut butter flavor, more so just the peanuts.

It was not overly sweet (could be sweeter even) and had a nice, crunchy, granola bar texture. The bar is larger than a typical kind bar, which is nice. Overall, my partner and I split it and both enjoyed it :)

I recently received a free sample via mail & to say I was disappointed is an understatement. My issue was with the lack of flavor. I get the point of these bars is to eat healthy & add protein to the diet, but that doesn't mean it should lack flavor. I didn't taste chocolate or peanut butter or anything that's convince me to buy them since I tried them. I've already shared my experience with others.

It was airy, had a nice texture that isn’t too crunchy, and it had a lot of protein for a small portion (which is great for me when I sometimes struggle to finish an entire protein bar). It doesn’t taste like a protein bar, in my opinion - it doesn’t have the artificial flavor and heavy whey flavor many protein bars have. This is my new favorite KIND product I’ve had.
