[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bar was refreshing with a light crunch that made me feel I was eating more than I was. And, I needed that after working a 9 hour day in Texas heat… and I still had 3 hours left to go. When I left to work that morning, I thought I left all my snacks at home, but then I opened the secret pocket in my purse and there was this protein bar. I was SO happy. I ate it while completely dehydrated and I thought, “Thank you. I needed that.” It gave me just energy to finish my work shift and then I drank a lot of water and looked in my bag to see if maybe I had another, but I only had that one bar. Next time, I’ll pack more of these for work trips. And if a dark chocolate chip, cookie dough, or any other dark chocolate flavor is released without peanut butter, let me know. I’d love to buy those flavors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I got from this bar was a great taste and texture from each ingredient without feeling an overpowering sweetness that you find in other bars. Its macros are ideal and supplement any breakfast, lunch, or snack.

My only complaint is that it was a little hard on my teeth to bite into as it was a little stiff, but that may have been due to sitting in the cold weather for several hours. I would purchase this product again!

The downside is that it didn't seem to have much flavor. It did have a decent amount of peanuts. I don't remember if it actually had peanut butter because I don't remember the flavor.

I can't really say the chocolate OR the peanut butter taste shined through. I did really like the nutrition facts with the exception of chicory root fiber as it causes me gas. A good option though for needing a quick snack that ups your protein intake!

Chickory root is not FODMAP friendly nor is it good for sensitive stomachs. Would you consider trying to make a bar with Guar fiber? It’s very good for sensitive stomachs and those with IBS.

I was hesitant since I normally don't like peanut butter, but I feel the taste of chocolate overpowered that, which was fine for me. However, despite there being only 1 gram of actual sugar, I found it too sweet for my liking.
