Directions were super simple to follow. Groot was a great size, not taking up too much space on a shelf. And he is super cute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a huge Marvel fun, I couldn’t resist this Ravager Jumping Groot! The build was super fun and not too complicated, perfect for a relaxing evening. What I love most is how posable he is-you can change his facial expressions by adjusting the eyebrows, and his arms and legs move smoothly. The little buildable detonator is such a cool iconic though from the movie. Great quality and a must have for any LEGO or Disney fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t done anything with legos for years, nor have I ever built a complex kit. I was excited to put this one together for review. A couple of times I had to disassemble/reassemble, but for the most part did pretty well. There are 7 bags of materials, with some additional bags inside the numbered bags for smaller parts. The book that comes with this kit is pretty easy to follow. My biggest frustration was that the head very easily can shift apart during building if you hold or flip it over wrong and jostle any parts. The worst was the little part that attach Groot’s eyes. They were constantly popping off while I was building the head. Despite this, the build went pretty well. Groot stand on his own on my living room carpet. Overall I would recommend this; I worked on it on and off over 5 hours (did not take the entire time, but took some breaks to do other things). Was a nice project to get me thinking a bit and off of screens. Would have also been a good challenge for my kids, but they were doing other things so I gave it a whirl.

It took me a matter of 3 hours to do and that was only cause I had to help my kids and take one to work. Quality is right up there where lego should be. Has stickers not reprinted on blocks. Easy to follow instructions.
