This looks great and is very comfortable to walk on (got the thicker pad). Did not expect it to fit in the washer (2. 5' x 10' runner), but figured I could take it a laundromat, and honestly did not have high expectations on the washing process. Well sisters dog peed on it within 2 weeks, so was SUPER HAPPY to find that it fit in MY washing machine and dryer! Came out looking like new and laid flat instantly (no books on the corners). I now plan on washing it on a regular basis since it is SO easy!

This is my second ruggable rug. I love the rug but the pad seems so much smaller than the rug. It doesn’t come close to any of the corner slots, so the whole 1.5inches around the rug flip up constantly, which looks bad and causes you to trip. My first ruggable (a runner) pad was a little smaller than the rug but at least would catch under at least two of the corner slots.

We bought a ruggable as our Christmas present to ourselves. We have 4 littles kids under 8yo, so being “washable” is a bog seller. The day after we put it out, one kid spilled milk on it and another spilled orange juice. It spot-cleaned so well with carpet cleaner! A couple weeks in, and we had to wash it. It washed well in our machine. It didn’t fit in our dryer, so the only trick was finding somewhere to let it air dry. We love it and are looking forward to getting a second top for it!

I wasn’t sure I would like this but I have been proven wrong. My ruggable is in my garden room that gets a lot of traffic. The upkeep is incredibly easy, it stays put, and the best part is when you buy a rug pad you don’t need to buy it again. Love the concept of trading out the cover for a new look. Next purchase will be for the living room.

I now own 5 different rugs from ruggable. I love this one the absolute best. It is sooo pretty and wears well with daily traffic. I can’t tell you how easy it is to wash, and how many positive remarks I have gotten! My neighbor even ordered one for her kitchen! Looks great!

I loved the idea of these rugs, but the reality is not what I hoped for. They don’t stay where you put them, the corners bend up and trip you or get caught by the door, the rug pad is not long enough on the runner, so you can see where the pad is not long enough. And, the rugs are a much lighter color than they looked online.

I was very disappointed when I received my high pile rug, paying extra money for it, and it is very dull in colour and does not accurately represent what is seen on the website. I have both flat runners in this design and colour, and they are both much bolder in shade/colour in comparison to the high pile. After a closer look, only the top of the rug has been dyed and the pile itself is white underneath, I am very disappointed in this. The quality control for the rug was poor, I have a few loops on the perimeter of the rug that aren't looped to the back. I would return the rug, except the company is telling me I must pay to return it myself. No one from the company has tried to help and compensate me for the disappointing purchase- had I have known the high pile rug was only dyed on the very top of the rug pile, I would not have paid extra, and would have just purchased a flat classic.

The rug is performing its purpose. It was very easy to put together. Washing was easy, as well. The colour did not fade. The rug seems to crease more easily after washing and the sides don't always lay flat. It's usually fixable but a bit annoying. I found the corners curl. Oddly, they don't curl as badly if I take them out of the pockets on each corner.

We had installed hardwood floors and needed a rug for beneath our sofa and coffee table. I had purchased a regular rug before this one, and between the area being high traffic and our dog, the rug was ruined within a few months. We decided to switch to Ruggable and we're so glad we did! The rug is holding up perfectly and I have peace of mind knowing that it can be washed. We ended up buying 3 more Ruggable rugs after this one. The only thing to keep in mind: you will need two people to roll out and position the rug over the pad if it's a larger size.

This product is a waste, even when I received a replacement rug, not the rug pad to see if something was wrong with the rug, it still is horrible. The rug pad isn’t staying in place, rug moves off the pad and pointless to have. Wasted so much money on one little rug. Never again!
