We’re glad to see you enjoyed them, but we’re disappointed to learn that they stopped working after being in water for nearly 5 minutes. It's important to note that while the Buds3 FE are rated with an IP54 rating, which means they are resistant to dust and can handle fresh water splashes from any direction for up to 5 minutes, we do not recommend submerging them in water. Several factors can affect their performance, including the type of water, temperature, or even chemicals found in pools. To keep your earbuds in the best condition, always be sure to dry them thoroughly if they get wet, and handle them carefully when your hands are wet. We do not recommend using them at the beach or while swimming. If your buds are ever exposed to water, it's best to clean and dry them right away to avoid any damage.
