I have Verena Dark Wood and I love it. It sets a mood and makes my old bedroom set look more on purpose and less garage sale. The colors and pattern anchor the furniture to the floor making the room more settled, more peaceful. I just love the effect.

This is my second ruggable rug. I love the rug but the pad seems so much smaller than the rug. It doesn’t come close to any of the corner slots, so the whole 1.5inches around the rug flip up constantly, which looks bad and causes you to trip. My first ruggable (a runner) pad was a little smaller than the rug but at least would catch under at least two of the corner slots.

The rug itself looks wonderful, however the edge of the rug that sees the most foot traffic is already looking worn and fraying in some spots after just a few months of use. The other rug I ordered at the same time does not look like this, so maybe it's a one-off, but for the price I would expect a high level of QC so that any issues would be identified before the product ships out.... And if it's not a QC issue then that's a worse scenario because it would mean just lackluster quality and a rug that won't last six months.

Pleasantly surprised by how much I love this rug! We got the 8x10 for our living room. In a house full of little boys, a German Shepherd and 3 cats, this thing has been perfect so far! Went with the thick pad, which I love. It felt a bit stiff the first day, but quickly softened. It’s comfortable to sit and play on the floor, and the pets love it too. The cover is soft, has been easy to wipe off dirt (haven’t had to machine wash it yet, so can’t speak to that), and is easy to vacuum. I do it without the beater brush on, but have used the brush a few times, and didn’t notice any difference. Even with the thick pad, it lays flat, has good overlap area with the pad, and even with kids and pets running around, STAYS PUT! The colors are gorgeous and the pale grayish blue is easily a cheerful neutral. As a designer, I would now have no problem recommending Ruggable to my clients with pets or kids!

The rug is performing its purpose. It was very easy to put together. Washing was easy, as well. The colour did not fade. The rug seems to crease more easily after washing and the sides don't always lay flat. It's usually fixable but a bit annoying. I found the corners curl. Oddly, they don't curl as badly if I take them out of the pockets on each corner.

We just installed this rug about a month ago so I can't speak about durability just yet but it's so pretty. I do find it somewhat difficult to vacuum with my vacuum (it sucks it up too hard) so I may have to find a more gentle method for regular maintenance cleaning. Installation took a little patience but wasn't too difficult.

This looks great and is very comfortable to walk on (got the thicker pad). Did not expect it to fit in the washer (2. 5' x 10' runner), but figured I could take it a laundromat, and honestly did not have high expectations on the washing process. Well sisters dog peed on it within 2 weeks, so was SUPER HAPPY to find that it fit in MY washing machine and dryer! Came out looking like new and laid flat instantly (no books on the corners). I now plan on washing it on a regular basis since it is SO easy!

This product is a waste, even when I received a replacement rug, not the rug pad to see if something was wrong with the rug, it still is horrible. The rug pad isn’t staying in place, rug moves off the pad and pointless to have. Wasted so much money on one little rug. Never again!

I like it, I just don’t love how the padded underlay isn’t the same size. It looks really weird at first, although I am use to it now. It still looks awkward as it’s not even on all sides how much the rug overhangs, good luck getting that even. I also don’t like the weighted corners with the triangle fabric, you can see them through the rug with the padded underlay. Maybe the rugs look better with the regular non-slip pad, or maybe I’m just fussy. The actual rug is lovely, I’m just not sure I am in love with the system enough to order again.

I was very disappointed when I received my high pile rug, paying extra money for it, and it is very dull in colour and does not accurately represent what is seen on the website. I have both flat runners in this design and colour, and they are both much bolder in shade/colour in comparison to the high pile. After a closer look, only the top of the rug has been dyed and the pile itself is white underneath, I am very disappointed in this. The quality control for the rug was poor, I have a few loops on the perimeter of the rug that aren't looped to the back. I would return the rug, except the company is telling me I must pay to return it myself. No one from the company has tried to help and compensate me for the disappointing purchase- had I have known the high pile rug was only dyed on the very top of the rug pile, I would not have paid extra, and would have just purchased a flat classic.
